缩宫素联合生化丸治疗药物流产后阴道出血43例临床分析

摘要：目的观察缩宫素联合生化丸对药物流产后阴道出血量和出血时间的影响。方法选取服用米非司酮加米索前列醇药物流产者101例，随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组药物流产后给予缩宫素联合生化丸，对照组药物流产后给予缩宫素，比较两组药物流产后阴道出血量及出血时间。结果观察组平均出血天数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组药物流产后阴道出血量大于月经量者显著低于对照组(P<0.05)，差异有统计学意义。结论药物流产术后加用缩宫素和生化丸可显著减少药物流产后阴道出血。

Clinical Analysis for 43 Cases of Vaginal Bleeding after Drug Abortion Treated with Oxytocin Combined with Biochemical Pills SHAN Xi-hua,SHI Qing,JIA Li-cong

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the effectiveness of oxytocin combined with biochemical pills in the treatment of vagina bleeding and bleeding time after drug abortion.Methods101 cases of patients aborted with taking mifepristone and misoprostol were randomly divided into observation and control group.Cases in observation group were given oxytocin combined with biochemical pills after drug abortion,cases in control group were given oxytocin after drug abortion.The vaginal bleeding and bleeding time were compared between two groups after abortion.ResultsThe average bleeding days in observation group were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of vaginal bleeding in observation group was lower than that control group after medical abortion,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionOxytocin combined with biochemical pills could reduce the vaginal bleeding after drug abortion.

药物流产又称药流，是指使用米非司酮加米索前列醇口服终止早期妊娠，近年来广泛应用于临床。米非司酮可使子宫蜕膜变性坏死、宫颈软化，米索前列醇可使子宫兴奋、子宫收缩，促使胚胎排出[1]。但存在药流术后阴道出血量多、阴道出血时间长及流产不全仍需清宫等问题。我们选用缩宫素联合生化丸治疗药流术后阴道出血，疗效较好，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1　一般资料

选取2013-01—2014-01月于我院门诊就诊行药流术育龄妇女101例，均符合药物流产适应症并自愿选择药物流产而无禁忌症者。随机分为观察组43例，年龄25~39岁，平均(28.2±3.1)岁；对照组58例，年龄23~41岁，平均(27.5±3.6)岁。均停经49 d以内，尿妊娠试验阳性；B超检查：宫内妊娠，妊娠囊1.2～3.0 cm。……
