The beautiful Swiss landscape makes it easy for everyone to fall in love with this country. Whether Magnificent snow mountain， beautiful lake scenery， casteles shaded by jungles or red trains shuttle on the hillside ， Switzerland has wonderful experiences in store.

Romantic France， strict Germany， passionate Italy and Switzerland in deep mind with stretches of Alps， endless vineyards and beauty of Lake Geneva， all these make Europe a mysterious area for native Asian people. The central Europe trip is started by experiencing Lausanneold town and Nyon with Roman ruins.

Lausanne-Walking in the old town

The setting of Lausanne is extremely picturesque： it is hardly surprising that the International Olympic Committee has been based here since 1914. The town is built on three hills， surrounded by vineyard-covered slopes， with Lake Geneva at its feet. Rising impressively from the opposing French lakeshore are the Savoy Alps. The attractive old town is largely car-free. Small alleyways with cafes and boutiques shape the streetscape in the medieval city centre. The old town is dominated by the cathedral， which is regarded as Switzerlands most impressive piece of early Gothic architecture. Lausanne was a diocesan town for over a thousand years. Shopping streets can be found surrounding the cathedral as well as in the pretty waterfront area of Ouchy.

Architecture-Art never stops

Rolex Learning Center， designed by the acclaimed Japanese firm SANAA， features one of the most impressive concrete surfaces you have ever seen， creating a fluid space for students to enjoy. Interesting comments by Ryue Nishizawa on the relation between organic forms in architecture and human life. While the building is a perfect rectangle when seen in a plan view， the curves and slopes which define the interior space give the building a totally organic look.

Art is always essential part of European tour. European handicrafts are worldfamous， speaking of Lausanne handicrafs， the shop Aegon+Aegon has to be mentioned， the store is not large ， but every item are limited and selected from all over the world， which is so precious for tourists.

Machine manufaturing takes place of traditional handicrafit producing after The Industrial Revolution， which brings convenience to our life but uniqueness is missing， the special shop will surely surprise you by its unique handicraft.

Nyon-no princess in the castle

The spick-and-span little town of Nyon is situated on Lake Geneva， half way between Geneva and Lausanne， amid the vineyards of La C？te. Many excavations and sights from the times of the Celtic Helvetians and the Romans， and from the Middle Ages， bear witness to its eventful history. From the 13th century， the Counts of Savoy began building a mighty castle on top of Roman ruins， dominated by five huge towers. Nowadays this castle， towering over the Old Town， houses the Museum of History and Porcelain， containing valuable items from the former porcelain manufacturing industry in Nyon. From the 16th century onwards， the town was ruled by Berne， and a reminder of this can be seen in the arcades around the market square. Three Corinthian columns on a little hill in the parkland by the lake recall the Roman era. After Julius Caesar had conquered Gaul， he decided to establish the colony of Iulia Equestris with Noviodunum as its urban centre on the site of the present town of Nyon， as shown by the artefacts from excavations on display in the Roman Museum.

Enjoying Switzerland by tasting traditional food Malakoffs

Unique location at the center of European continent makes Switzerland more inclusive， food culture is more diverse here. Au Coeur de la C？te is a restaurant you never should miss when you travel to Luins from Nyon by Vinzel. The Malakoffs， Swiss traditional food in the restaurant， which is made of cheese， egg， white spirits and cherry fruit wine， also called fried cheese pie， becomes the favorite food in Lake Geneva region. If you are lucky enough to be an assistant of chef， you will enjoy the fun of making Malakoffs yourself. The garden is another highlight of the restaurant， you can enjoy the food and wine as well as the beautiful scenery there. Ham and sausage are also specialities here. Moreover， nyon is also renowned in Europe for its porcelain， but the price is relatively high.

Lavaux Vineyards

You will see the fairy tale world of central Europe on the way from Nyon to Montreux， and then go to Chexbres by bus， which brings you going through the Lavaux vineyards. The steep terraced vineyards benefit from three-fold warmth from solar， thermal and radiation sources： Directly from the sun， mirrored reflections from Lake Geneva and that of heat stored in the many stone walls in the surroundings. No wonder that this is the source of Switzerlands Grand Crus in wine.

Generally， the owners of vineyards has their own chateau， I am so lucky to visit Mr. Christophe Francey， owner of the chateau. His chateau is not very large， the exterior is covered with green plants， the interior is simple but tidy. Christophe invites us to taste the wine and tells us the story of vineyards development. Looking out of the chateau， we see the vineyard of Christophe， which is close to Lake Geneva， at the season of grape picking， the sweet of grape is smelled from the window. To learn more about the grape growth， Christophe takes us to the vineyard. It is the season of grape ripen， the bees will eat the honey after grape grown up， it is another reason of falling in love with Switzerland where nature， human and plants can live harmoniously.

地处日内瓦东北部的法语区城市——洛桑，是一座依山傍水的魅力古都。洛桑兴建于公元4世纪，罗马时期，已有人居于此，虽汇集瑞士第五大城市、“奥林匹克首都”、“国际文化城”等众多标签于一身，但这些标签也从未为这座城市增添繁杂与纷扰。眼前的洛桑是悠闲的，怀旧的，是讲求品位与气质的。高原山地为主的地势造就了洛桑独特的建筑特点，逼仄的高层建筑屈指可数，取而代之的是低矮的尖顶式中古建筑。红顶绿窗，格外显眼。各色小店掩映在建筑丛中，漫步其间，仿佛一场探秘之旅。广场是孩子们的乐园，和小伙伴光着脚丫，试一试喷泉里池水的清凉。人们席地而坐，肆意攀谈着生活、情感，祥和宁静。广场一角的跳蚤市场里，鞋帽、颜色艳丽的长裙、银制刀叉以及款式守旧的酒杯，各式商品琳琅满目。……
