摘要：近年MSNS发展迅速，但是却存在活跃用户少，用户流失量大等问题。高校大学生是MSNS平台的主要使用群体。本文基于手机通讯录的社会关系功能，结合传统移动社交网站，研究如何构筑一个具有稳定、真实、可靠等特点的MSNS平台。使手机通讯录和MSNS平台能够在使用过程中无缝衔接，增强两者的可用性，提升用户体验。最终达到扩展大学生社交圈，丰富师生之间交流互动，增加高校资源共享，提高学生管理效率的目的。

The Research on University MSNS Platform Based on Mobile Phonebook

Abstract：In recent years， the development of MSNS is very quickly，but there are many problems such as few active users， the loss of large amounts. College students are the main groups of the MSNS platform. This paper based on the social relationship function of mobile phonebook， combined with the traditional mobile social networking site， research how to build a stable， real， reliable and other features of the MSNS platform. So that the mobile phonebook and MSNS platform can establish contact with each other in the use process，enhance the availability and improve the user experience. Finally， to expand the social circle of college students， enrich the exchange and interaction between teachers and students， and increase the sharing of resources and improve the efficiency of management.

1 概述

随着手机的普及和功能的不断增强，移动互联网的兴起，人们社交行为的维度迅速提升，对信息共享和索取的需求迫切提高。基于Web2.0用户模式的MSNS平台（Mobile Social Networking Service）如微信、微博、QQ等得到了广泛应用。人们可以通过这些MSNS平台发表留言、感想、照片、视频，朋友之间相互交流，增进感情。还可以认识更多朋友，有效地拓展自己的人际关系。高校大学生作为MSNS平台的主要群体。由于他们个性独立、思想开发。加上学习和就业压力大以及社交圈小，存在交友困境。因此更容易接受移动网络社交的交友方式。但是，目前MSNS平台的主要问题是，人际关系的动态和不稳定性。人们很难在长时间停留在某个平台上。同时MSNS平台毕竟是虚拟社交网，其真实性和可靠性也颇受质疑。在这种情况下，如何有效利用MSNS平台的优点，克服其缺点，达到优化信息服务，提升用户体验，促进学生管理的目的，已经成为关注的焦点。……
