关于改革研究生招生选拔制度的思考*

摘要：研究生招生制度改革是提高研究生教育质量的重要组成部分.文章通过在优化人才培养类型结构，建立与培养目标相适应的招生选拔制度，改革现有招生方式、建立新的招生机制等几方面，有针对性地对研究生招生制度改革进行了有益的尝试和探索.

Reflections on the Reforming of the Graduate Admissions Selection System

Abstract：Reforming the graduate admissions system is an important part of the improving the quality of graduate education. The paper reported the new reforming methods for graduate admissions system through optimizing the talent training type structure, establishing the new admissions selection system for the training goal, reforming the existing way of enrollment, and establishing the new admissions system.

研究生教育是培养高端人才的主要途径，是国家创新体系建设的重要组成部分.改革开放以来，从国家到地方高度重视研究生教育，使我国研究生教育不断完善并发展，持续提升研究生培养能力，并使研究生培养结构渐趋合理.在建设高水平大学和建立开放、灵活并具有国际影响力的培养体系中，形成了学科基本齐全、布局相对合理、类型比较丰富的中国特色研究生教育发展之路，基本实现了立足国内培养高层次人才的战略目标，但也应清醒地意识到，现行的研究生教育主动服务国家大局的体制和机制仍不完善，招生培养模式与经济社会发展多样性需求还不适应.教育管理、培养方式有明显不足且存在着只追求发展数量、轻视质量建设的倾向[1].
