现代医院医用材料的智慧管理——条码技术的应用

【摘要】叙述了国际上普遍使用的两种条形码标准HIBC和GS1。阐述了植入性医疗器械条形码追溯管理的流程。证明了条码技术在医用耗材管理中的便捷性、高效性和记录准确性。解决了植入物管理中产品识别难、验收甄别难、术后登记难、使用与收费不一致的问题。

Abstract【】Two commonly used internationally barcode standard HIBC and GS1 are described. The processes of the barcode traceability management in the implantable medical device are described. The convenience, the efficiency and the recording accuracy of the barcode technology in the management of medical supplies are proved. The difficulties of product identification, acceptance screening, postoperative registered and the inconsistent between using and charging in the implant management have been resolved.

0　引言

条码技术是现在人们日常生活中最普遍的记录产品信息的载体，大到一个公司的物流追溯，小到超市的一件商品结算，都离不开条码技术。关于条码技术在现代医院耗材管理中的应用，我们可以找到一些案例，因为随着医疗水平的提高，医用耗材的使用数量在逐年大幅上升，对于医用耗材的管理也越来越需要借助计算机技术和科学的管理模式。所以很多医院已经将条码技术应用于自己的日常工作当中，只是这些应用只局限于某些部分的管理，并没有形成一个系统[1]。

条码技术在现代医院耗材管理中的应用主要涉及植入物的追溯管理、库房出入库管理，病房入账管理、财务审核管理等几个方面[2]。本文将介绍一些国际上普遍使用的条形码标准，并以植入物的追溯管理为例，对条码技术的管理流程进行分析，最后总结了植入性医疗器械条码技术为现代医院管理所解决的问题。……
