Development Methods Analysis of Scientific and Technological Literature Service in Big Data Era

Abstract：Big data is a disruptive technology revolution after the cloud computing and Internet of things in IT industry. The exploitation and application of big data can create a value of super trillion dollars. The coming of big data era also puts forward higher requirements on literature service. This article interprets from three perspectives of difficulties faced by scientific and technological literature service, opportunities and challenges in big data era, and the transformation and upgrading of scientific and technological literature service.

1　引言

近年来，继移动互联网、物联网、云计算技术之后，“大数据”正成为最具颠覆性的新信息科技 ［1］。在大数据时代，复杂数据的产生与保存、分析等给科技文献服务提出了更高的要求，如何利用大数据技术区挖掘、识别、组织与分析如隐含在用户行为中的结构化、半结构化数据信息，寻找他们的隐性诉求进而改变、拓宽科技文献服务，并对服务趋势需求进行预测，达到资源、服务与读者需求的双向理想控制已成为大数据时代科技文献服务的研究课题 ［2］。

2　当前科技文献服务面临的困境和窘相

众所周知，科技文献服务是我们科技情报系统的“建院之本”、“立院之基”。传统的科技文献是科技信息资源的主要持有者，是连接科技资源使用者和所有者的中介和桥梁。通过对科技文献的搜集、翻译、整理、分析、加工，生产大量科技情报信息，服务社会经济发展，是科技文献服务的主要职能。但是，近年来随着政府机构改革和市场经济改革的不断深化，随着信息化的快速推进，特别是大数据时代的不期而至，科技文献服务业务量锐减，职能弱化，在科技情报系统中逐渐走向衰落，面临被边缘化的局面。具体表现在以下四个方面：
