【摘要】 目的：探讨人性化服务对老年糖尿病患者心理及生活质量的影响。方法：回顾性分析100例于我院就诊的老年糖尿病患者的临床资料，并分析人性化服务对患者的心理与生活质量的影响。结果：观察组患者的SAS与SDS评分均明显低于对照组患者，而QOL评分则明显高于对照组患者，且差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：给予老年糖尿病患者人性化服务护理，能够显著地改善患者的心理状况与生活质量，值得在临床上大力推广应用。

【Abstract】： objective： to investigate the humanized service on the psychology and the quality of life of patients with senile diabetes. Methods： 100 cases in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of the elderly patients with diabetes， and analyze the humanized service for the patient's psychology and the influence of quality of life. Results： observation group of patients with SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than the control group patients， patient and QOL score significantly higher than the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： the elderly diabetes patients' humanized service care， can significantly improve the patient's psychological status and quality of life， is worth the clinical promoted application.

糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病[1]，严重影响了患者的身体和心理健康。据相关文献资料证实，给予老年糖尿病患者人性化护理干预，能够有效的改善患者的生活质量[2]。本文旨在探讨人性化服务对老年糖尿病患者心理及生活质量的影响，选取100例于我院就诊的老年糖尿病患者作为本次研究的對象。现具体报告如下：

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2012年10月至2014年11月于我院就诊的老年糖尿病患者100例，所有入选患者均已确诊为糖尿病。其中，男性69例，女性31例；年龄56至76岁，平均年龄（66.7±6.3）岁；病程0.5至3.5年，平均病程（2.2±1.3）年。将患者按照入院编号，随机平均分为两组，观察组和对照组各50例。两组患者在性别、年龄以及病程等一般资料对比上均无显著性差异（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2方法

1.2.1对照组：给予本组患者常规护理干预。

1.2.2观察组：给予本组患者人性化护理干预。其具体措施如下：①加强心理护理：根据患者的病情，针对性地给予患者情感支持，并及时与患者进行沟通，以此来消除或缓解患者的不良情绪；②……
