【摘要】 目的 探讨临床治疗CHOP方案化疗所致呕吐的经济且有效的方法。 方法 选取我科2012-2014年期间初诊非霍奇金淋巴瘤行首次CHOP方案化疗的患者60例，随机分成沙利度胺组（采用沙利度胺口服治疗）及甲磺酸托烷司琼组（采用甲磺酸托烷司琼静脉推注治疗），每组30例。 结果 沙利度胺组止吐有效率与甲磺酸托烷司琼组相当，差异不具统计学意义（P>0.05）； 而沙利度胺组在化疗时出现焦虑的患者明显少于甲磺酸托烷司琼组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 CHOP方案化疗前采用沙利度胺止吐的临床效果与采用甲磺酸托烷司琼治疗的临床效果相当，但沙利度胺更经济、临床使用更为方便，同时还有较明显缓解化疗时焦虑情绪的作用，使首次化疗患者能更加耐受CHOP方案化疗。

【Abstract】Objective：To discuss the cost-effective way of treating emesis caused by CHOP chemotherapy. Method：60 cases of NHL patients who received the 1st CHOP chemotherapy in our department were chosen from 2012-2014， and divided randomly into thalidomide group（treated by thalidomide orally） and tropisetron mesylate group（treated by tropisetron mesylate intravenous injection）， of each group was 30 cases. Results ：Anti-nausea effect of the two groups is nearly the same， and there is no statistically significant difference（P>0.05）； while patients who demonstrate anxiety are obviously less in thalidomide group than those in tropisetron mesylate group， and the difference is of statistical significance（P<0.05）. Conclusion：The anti-nausea effect of thalidomide and tropisetron mesylate administered before CHOP chemotherapy is nearly the same， however thalidomide is of better economy and more convenience for clinical， meantime thalidomide can relieve anxiety under chemotherapy more clearly， and make chemotherapy patients for the first time better tolerate CHOP chemotherapy.

随着社会经济的发展、环境污染加重等，恶性淋巴瘤的发病率明显升高，其中以非霍奇金淋巴瘤增高为甚。初诊非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者接受首次CHOP方案化療后所致的呕吐以及初次化疗前焦虑及紧张情绪，严重影响患者的治疗信心及生活质量，加剧了患者的身体及精神压力。

1. 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本次研究所选取的研究对象均为我科2012年-2014年住院期间首次接受CHOP方案化疗的初诊非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者，共60例，男34例、女26例，年龄24～72岁。随机将患者分成两组，分别为沙利度胺组和甲磺酸托烷司琼组，各30例。

1.2 止吐方案

沙利度胺组采用沙利度胺片（批准文号：国药准字H32026129，常州制药厂有限公司，规格25mg）100mg化疗前一天晚上睡前口服，100mg化疗当日于化疗前30min口服；甲磺酸托烷司琼组采用甲磺酸托烷司琼注射液（批准文号：国药准字H20020564，北京华素制药股份有限公司，规格6mg）6mg于化疗前半小时静脉推注。
