【摘要】监盘工作，一直以来是发电运行工作中的重中之重，特别是在目前国内流域梯级水电厂及跨流域梯级水电厂实施远程集控运行的起步阶段，监盘工作更显重要，本文分别从硬件和软件两方面介绍五凌水电集控模式下监盘管理工作，详细讲解了水电厂远程集控模式下监盘工作的重点和难点，对国内其他流域水电厂远程集控监盘管理工作有一定的借鉴作用。

1概 述

隨着科技的发展，水电厂发电运行值班模式发生了很大变化，经历了由“现地值班值守”到“无人值班，少人值守”到“无人值班，远程集控”再到“无人值班，远程集控，关门运行”，有一项工作却始终以“高标准、严要求、创一流”理念在不断的改进更新--发电运行监盘工作。监盘是运行人员的职责，是设备安全稳定运行的保证，在远程集控模式下，监盘可以在第一时间获取异常信息、故障及事故报警，通过集控区域值长调整及应急处理可以避免事故的发生或扩大。可以说，监盘工作直接关系到电网及电厂设备的安全稳定运行，如何做好远程集控模式下监盘工作，是水电厂实现远程集控前必须解决的问题，笔者从以下方面进行了讲解。

2建立智能化集控计算机监控系统（硬件）

五凌集控计算机监控系统采用的北京中水科水电科技开发有限公司H9000系统，H9000的系统软件OIX，全称Operator interface，其功能是对生产过程进行监视和控制，OIX向用户提供了丰富、直观的人机界面，用户可通过这些界面来监视生产过程的实时运行状态、调节运行参数、发出控制命令。……
