【摘要】 全球经济一体化、国际铁路产业复兴、中国良好的对外关系和铁路产业的发展成果，已为中国铁路产业“走出去”创造出新的发展机遇。文章论述了中国铁路实施 “走出去”的战略优势，我公司实施“走出去”的战略目的和我公司当前海外工作的重点突破方向，从而论证了我公司在这一轮国际化的大潮中积极“走出去”，是适应世界经济发展形势的必然要求，是成长为“国内一流、国际知名的国际型工程公司”的必由之路。

Abstracts： New opportunities for China railway “going globally” have been created with the economy globalization， the renaissance of international railway industry， based on the well-established diplomatic relationship of China with the outer world and the achievements in railway industry. This paper， by presenting the strategic advantages of China railway on “going aboard”， the strategic target of our company to implement “going globally” and the bottleneck of overseas business to be broken， demonstrated that it would be the inevitable prerequisites for our company to follow the trend of world globalization by actively participating in this round of “going globally”， and also the only way to become the domestically superior and internationally well-known international engineering corporation.

中国铁路“走出去”是积极应对经济全球化，参与国际竞争，实现民族复兴、经济腾飞的需要，对中国国民经济的可持续发展和中国企业的自身发展有着较为深远的意义。当前世界统一的大市场正逐步形成，中铁二院在这一轮国际化的大潮中积极“走出去”，是适应世界经济发展形势的必然要求；同时，大力拓展海外业务，可以进一步完善企业赢利模式，丰富企业产品结构，改善企业运行质量，这是企业发展到一定时期、一定高度后的必然选择，是企业实现“二次创业”的客观要求；另外，随着国家投资方向和投资重点的变化，企业调整生产力和产品结构布局也面临着新的挑战，为了努力寻找企业新的盈利增长点，只有真正“走出去”才有希望。积极进军海外市场，走国际化发展道路，尽快树立“中国中铁”和“中铁二院”的海外品牌，占据市场先机，提高我公司国际竞争力和成长为“国内一流、国际知名的国际型工程公司”是我公司的必由之路。……
