摘要：目的：探讨外痔切除缝合内痔结扎并内括约肌松解及术后黄连解毒汤坐浴辩治环状混合痔临床效果，以期提高临床诊治水平。方法：选取2010年4月-2013年5月95例环状混合痔患者为研究对象，对照组46例，予外痔切除缝合内痔结扎治疗，观察组49例，在对照组基础上并内括约肌松解及术后黄连解毒汤坐浴治疗，观察两组在临床效果方面差异性。结果：对照组治愈率50%，总有效率84.78%，观察组治愈率51.02%，总有效率85.71%，两组比较无明显差异性（p>0.05）；对照组Ⅰ°疼痛率23.91%，疼痛总发生率76.09%，观察组Ⅰ°疼痛率46.94%，疼痛总发生率53.06%，两组比较有显著差异性（p<0.05）。另外在肛门水肿、肛门出血、排尿困难、镇痛药物应用剂量、肛门狭窄、肛门失禁等评分上比较有明显差异性（p<0.05），有统计学意义。结论：外痔切除缝合内痔结扎并内括约肌松解及术后黄连解毒汤坐浴能提高环状混合痔临床效果，降低术后并发症。

Abstract： Objective： To investigate the ligation of hemorrhoids and external hemorrhoids surgery and postoperative sphincter release Huanglianjiedu soup bath argue Governance circumferential mixed clinical results in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment . Also in the anus edema， rectal bleeding ， difficulty urinating， pain medication applied dose ， anal stenosis ， more significant differences （p <0.05） ， such as incontinence score ， there are statistically significant. Conclusion： ligation of hemorrhoids and external hemorrhoids surgery and postoperative sphincter release Huanglianjiedu soup bath ring mixed hemorrhoids can improve clinical results and reduce complications.

環状混合痔指的是肛周3个以上的痔，外痔呈环状皮赘、静脉曲张，内痔又很难直视下观察，患者往往疼痛明显，伴有便血、排便不畅、肛门不洁和痔脱出等临床症状，痛苦大，在治疗上往往需要手术治疗。目前在方法上有“外剥内扎术”、“切除缝合术”、“分段曲线结扎术”等多种方法，但是这些方法术后的并发症往往较多，故本次研究就从中医药角度出发，采用常规的西医方法术后结合中医药治疗，观察其在临床上的效果情况，现报道如下：

1.1临床资料
