摘要：目的：探讨糖尿病合并高血压患者的有效护理措施，分析护理效果。方法：选取2014年1月～2014年12月之间于我院接受治疗的200例糖尿病合并高血压患者，将其随机均分为两组。对照组患者实施基础护理，观察组患者实施整体化护理，比较两组的血压、血糖情况，健康知识知晓率与护理满意度。结果：护理2周后观察组患者的餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖、舒张压与收缩压均明显小于对照组，P<0.05，差异显著；对照组患者的健康知识知晓率为62.0%，小于观察（98.0%）；对照组患者的护理满意度为80.0%，小于观察组（98.0%），P<0.05。结论：对糖尿病合并高血压患者实施整体化护理，有助于普及健康知识，控制血糖与血压水平，减少并发症，改善治疗效果，提高其护理满意度与生活质量。

Abstract：Objective：To explore the effective nursing measures of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension， and analyze the effect of nursing. Methods：Combined with 200 cases of diabetes mellitus combined with hypertensio treated from 2014 January to 2014 December in this hospital， randomly divided into two groups. In the control group， the patients in the observation group were treated with basic nursing， and the blood pressure， blood glucose， health knowledge awareness rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results：Nursing after 2 weeks of observation group of patients with postprandial 2H plasma glucose， fasting blood glucose， diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were significantly less than those in the control group， P<0.05， the difference was significant； the control group of patients with health knowledge awareness rate was 62.0%， less than the observed （98.0%）； control group of patients with nursing satisfaction was 80.0%， less than the observed group （98.0%） （P < 0.05）. Conclusion：The diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension patients carrying out holistic nursing care is helpful to popularize the knowledge of health， control of blood glucose and blood pressure levels， reduce the complications， improve the treatment effect， to improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life.

糖尿病作为临床常见慢性疾病，目前并不能完全治愈，只能通过长期服用药物来控制血糖，一旦血糖控制不良，很容易发生各种并发症，有较高的致残率與致死率，特别是合并高血压的患者，很可能引发各种心脑血管疾病。如果预防与控制措施不到位，可能发生心肌梗死、脑卒中等，严重威胁患者的生命安全[1]。所以护理工作在糖尿病合并高血压患者的治疗过程中尤其重要，我院采用整体化护理取得了良好效果，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 临床资料

选取2014年1月～2014年12月之间于我院接受治疗的200例糖尿病合并高血压患者作为研究对象，均与有关的诊断标准相符合，且经过眼底、肌电图、心电图、X线等检查确诊。将所有患者随机均分为两组。观察组包括男性44例，女性56例；年龄48～79岁，平均（58.4±3.3）岁。对照组组包括男性42例，女性58例；年龄46～80岁，平均（57.8±3.8）岁。本次研究排除精神疾病患者，肝肾功能不全者，血液系统疾病患者，严重心肌疾病患者与恶性肿瘤患者。……
