摘要：随着社会主义市场经济的发展，近年来我国的医疗卫生体制改革的步伐逐渐加快，疾病的预防与控制工作取得了不小的进步。但随着现代化进程的不断加快，城市人口的不断增长，人员流动越来越频繁，疾病控制工作仍然面临着相当严峻的形势。本文对我国云南省德宏州目前的疾病控制工作的现状和面临的严峻形势进行深入探讨，进而对该地区未来在疾病控制工作方面提出针对性的措施和意见。

Abstract： along with the development of the socialist market economy， the reform of the medical and health system in our country is gradually accelerating， and the prevention and control of the disease has made no small progress. However， with the accelerating process of modernization， the city's population continues to grow， people flow more and more frequently， the disease control is still facing a very grim situation. This paper discusses the current situation and severe situation of disease control in Dehong Prefecture of Yunnan Province， and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the future of the disease control.

隨着社会经济的不断进步和发展，各个国家和地区之间来往的次数越来越多，人口的自然流动越来越频繁，在经济获得空前发展的同时，也带来了一系列严重威胁到人们正常生活的问题和挑战，其中最引人关注的无非是近年来不断出现的传染性疾病[1]。从非典、禽流感、甲型H1N1流感、埃博拉病毒到最近的中东呼吸综合症，这些疾病的每一次爆发都对人们的日常生活和社会的经济发展造成严重的影响。由于我国人口众多，疾病控制工作存在相当大的难度，今后面临的形势将会更为严峻，必须建立完善的预防机制，避免疾病在人群中传播开来。

一、我国疾病控制工作的现状

①经济发展水平上，发达地区的疾病控制工作比较理想，而经济相对落后地区则相对较差。在城市化进程较快的地区，有充足的经济和技术手段作为支撑，疾病控制工作体系相对完善；而对于经济……
