摘要：我国正处于建设开发繁盛时期，特别是近几年，随着城镇化的建设，城镇居民人口的急剧增长，大型商场及地铁等配套设施的发展也必不可少，建筑物的体量、功能也处于上升阶段，由于建筑工程的开发先后，而功能不断的实现便捷，由于工程水文地质、结构刚度和温度变形变化，越来越多的连通口需留置，以备后续工程的施工建设，而留置的变形缝处理给后期项目的衔接过程带来了较大的资源投入。

一、工程概况

杭州钱江新城**项目处于大型商场及地铁之间，北侧地铁通道已建完成，南侧大型商场也竣工运行，本项目规划为地下一层内有一通道走廊连接地铁站通道与大型商场地下一层，大型商场及地铁通道均已留置连通口，且已施工完成2年有余；

工程特点：

由于地铁通道与大型商场完成时间有2年，且当时项目工地基础施工及地质较复杂，新项目外侧（通道处）渗水较严重，采用旋喷桩、钻孔桩、水泥搅拌桩各类止水围护措施，待施工至连通口时开挖出来时，变形缝原先留置的橡胶止水带已遭破坏，部分已老化，破损的止水带需更换。

二、具体施工流程

地铁连通口变形缝：

1、连接通道处围护桩凿除至连通底板底-8.050标高，并对通道处沙土等杂物进行清理。

2、已施工连接通道底板伸缩缝处混凝土人工凿除400mm，取出已破坏止水带。凿除时应避免钢筋、角钢破坏，砼断面凿细毛处理。……
