桃红四物汤联合足底穴位按摩治疗糖尿病足的疗效观察

桃红四物汤联合足底穴位按摩治疗糖尿病足的疗效观察

目的：观察桃红四物汤联合足底穴位按摩对糖尿病足的治疗效果。方法将240例符合糖尿病足患者随机分为对照组和观察组各120例，2组均予以常规西医疗法和糖尿病足健康宣教，观察组在对照组基础上行桃红四物汤足浴联合足底穴位按摩。2组均每周电话随访1次，每4周门诊复诊时加强局部检查(观察组同时配药)，连续干预12周后评价疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为90.00%，显著高于对照组的56.67% (P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上辅以桃红四物汤联合足底穴位按摩治疗糖尿病足安全、有效。

Abstract：[Objective] To observe the clinical effects of foot bath with Taohongsiwu decoctioncombined with massage on soleacupoints of diabetic foot. [Method]240 cases in conformity with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Each group had120 cases. The two groups were treated with routine basic medications to control blood sugar. At the same time, the patients were instructed to understand the knowledge of diabetes, accept the education on foot care and to know the self-management for diabetes.The patients in the observation group were given foot bath with Taohongsiwu decoctioncombined with massage on soleacupointsadditionally. The patients in the two groups were followed up once every week by phone. The local examination was intensified for the patients in their clinical visit every 4 weeks. The therapeutic effects were assessed after 12 weeks of continuous treatment. [Result]The total effective rate was 90.00% in the observation group, remarkably higher than 56.67% in the control group. The difference was statistically significantin comparison with the general therapeutic effect (P<0.05). [Conclusion]Foot bath with Taohongsiwu decoctioncombined with massage on sole acupoints is beneficial to the improvement of clinical symptoms of diabetic foot.

糖尿病足是导致糖尿病患者足或下肢组织坏死、溃疡和坏疽的一种病理状态，肢端麻木、溃疡、疼痛是临床上的主要表现[1]，大致属中医上“消渴”、“脱疽”范畴，是糖尿病患者致残的重要原因[2]。因此，预防和治疗糖尿病足显得尤为重要。笔者根据中医治未病的理念，在常规治疗基础上采用中医辨证桃红四物汤联合足底穴位按摩对糖尿病足进行干预，取得了较好疗效，报告如下。
