摘 要 高校教育中的管理工作是高校工作能够顺利进行的重要保障，在现阶段高校管理过程中存在的问题进行有效的分析，采取有效的措施来加强高校教育中的管理研究，这就需要改变传统的教育机制，实现自我创新机制，才能够在高校的教育管理工作中实现管理效益和管理质量的有机结合，为高校的教育管理工作的顺利进行提供有效的基础和保障。

Abstract Management work of the education in colleges and universities is an important security work in colleges and universities can smoothly， the problems existing in the management process of colleges and universities for effective analysis， take effective measures to strengthen the management research of the education in colleges and universities， it is need to change the traditional education mechanism， realize self innovation mechanism， to be able in the education management of colleges and universities to realize the combination of management efficiency and quality of management， for the smooth of the education management of colleges and universities to provide effective basis and guarantee.

1 高校教育管理中创新教育的内涵

在高校中进行创新教育的管理是一种新型的教育管理模式，从某种意义上说就是在继承和发扬中国传统教育管理的基础上，能够根据时代的发展需要为社会提供创新的人才，从而完善我国的教育机制，实现科教兴国的目的。从定义上可以看出，对于高校的教育管理既要在理论上加强管理的内容的创新，更要在实践活动中加强教学模式，使学生结合理论知识和实践知识提升自己的能力，从而更好地为高校的教育管理服务。高校要适应社会发展的需要，不断更新教育观念，创新教育管理，培养创新型人才，建立健全高校教育管理体系，为培养高素质人才提供保障。①高校的创新教育内容包含多种方面，从制度建设到学生的管理都要体现教育管理的创新理念，才能够全面加强高校的教育管理。
