[摘要]目的 探讨参松养心胶囊在冠心病治疗中的临床疗效。方法 收集2012年6月—2013年12月该院收治的冠心病患者76例，分为2组，各38例。对照组采用西药进行常规治疗。观察组在此基础上给予中药参松养心胶囊治疗，观察两组心电图疗效、心绞痛疗效及对微循环功能的影响。结果 心电图：对照组痊愈8例，有效15例，无效15例，总有效率60.52%。观察组痊愈14例，有效18例，无效6例，总有效率84.21%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。心绞痛：对照组痊愈6例，有效13例，无效20例，总有效率47.37%。观察组痊愈15例，有效16例，无效7例，总有效率81.57%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。有效观察组治疗后对微循环改善情况明显高于对照组，有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论 参松养心胶囊联合西药治疗冠心病临床疗效显著，具有重要的临床价值。

The Effects of Shengsongyangxin Capsule in Treating Patients of Coronary Disease

[Abastract]Objective To study the clinical efficiency of Shensongyangxin capsule in treatment of coronary disease.Methods 76 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each.The control group used routine treatment of Western Medicine.The patients in observation group were given Shensongyangxin capsule based on the routine treatment. Observation two groups of electrocardiogram curative effect and effects on micro circulation function.Results ECG： The control group has 8 cases recovery，15 coses effective， 15 cases invalid， total effective rate was 60.52%， Observation group has 14 cases recovery，18 coses effective， 6 cases invalid， total effective rate was 84.21%. The differences of two groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Angina pectoris： The control group has 6 cases recovery，13 coses effective， 20 cases invalid， total effective rate was 47.37%， Observation group has 15 cases recovery，16 coses effective， 7 cases invalid， total effective rate was 81.57%. The differences of two groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）. After treatment，both the results of electrocardiogram and microcirculation were better than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The effects of Shensongyangxin capsule were remarkable in the treatment of coronary disease， so it has important clinical value.

参松养心胶囊属于人工合成的降脂药物，在临床的治疗中经常被应用于冠心病的治疗，而且，近几年来临床的报告研究显示，给予应用参松养心胶囊药物可以通过影响机体的炎性反应、血栓形成等过程，在冠心病患者的治疗中占据主导作用[1]。西医在治疗冠心病方面有一定的局限性，而中医学认为冠心病属于“心痛”、“胸痹”范畴[2]，采用中西联合治疗，效果明显。该研究选取该院2012年6月—2013年12月接受治疗的76例冠心病患者，在西药治疗的基础上联合参松养心胶囊治疗，疗效满意，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

收集该院共收治的冠心病患者76例，将患者随机分为两组，各38例。观察组男22例，女16例，平均年龄（49±2.3）岁，平均病程（5.8±6.37）年。对照组男21例，女17例，平均年龄（52±2.5）岁，平均病程（6.4±5.2）年。两组在年龄性别的方面的一般临床资料比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），存在可比性。

1.2 治疗方法

①对照组患者给予西药单硝酸异山梨酯片（国药准字H10940039）治疗，10～20 mg/次，2～3次/d口服，严重病例可用40 mg，2～3次/d口服。
