【 摘 要 】 TD-LTE技术是新一代的移动通信技术，为了推进这项技术的产业化发展，并从多个角度分析无线网络的覆盖特性，论文从无线网络链路的预算问题出发，分析得出预算结果，并在此基础上对TD-LTE无线网络产业的发展战略做出相应的思考和展望，同时分析讨论当前这条技术产业链的发展特点和技术优势，以期对TD-LTE无线网络的规划设计提出一定的参考意见。

【 Abstract 】 TD-LTE technology is a new generation of mobile communication technology， in order to promote the industrial development of the technology and from multiple perspectives analysis coverage characteristics of wireless network， this paper from the wireless network link budget problems of analysis budget results， and on this basis of TD-LTE no line network industry development strategy to make corresponding thinking and Outlook， and analyzes the current one of the technology industry chain development characteristics and advantages of this technology is discussed， and some suggestions to the TD-LTE wireless network planning and design is proposed.

1 引言

TD-LTE的意思是分时长期演进，这是第四代移动通信技术与标准。TD-LTE无线网络的速率完全可以满足高速数据传输的要求，在保证系统性能的同时，还能够有效地延长其使用寿命，除此之外，该无线网络还可以对多种频率的宽带提供灵活的支持，并且在其技术优化的基础上，能够有效地提高边缘用户的使用质量，可以说，该无线网络是下一代移动通信网络的主流技术之一。

2 TD-LTE无线网络的覆盖特性分析

TD-LTE网络覆盖的目标业务是一定速率的数据业务，3G业务的主要特色是电路域CS64 kbit/s，其具有最低的覆盖能力，在覆盖方面会受到由用户分配的RB资源数的严重影响。系统的载波宽带在其应用系统中具有相应的固定特性，同时也存在一定的由接收机而产生的噪声问题，对于由用户分配的一些系统资源来说，并不会对系统的覆盖产生直接的影响。而在TD-LTE系统中，用户分配的RB资源数对用户的数据速率产生影响，在这其中，LTE系统中RB是用户分配的最小的单……
