【 摘 要 】 建立与未来信息化战场相适应的信息安全指挥体制，是世界各国信息化战场信息安全保障体系建设的重点，这其中的首要工作，是建立与信息化战场信息安全指挥相适应的信息安全指挥机构。文章分析了信息化战场信息安全指挥的特点，阐明了其对指挥机构的要求，并在此基础上对信息安全指挥机构建设策略进行了分析。

1 引言

信息化战场是指以信息网络为依托的作战活动空间或环境。具体地说，它是以信息技术为基础、以信息环境为依托、以信息化武器装备和战场信息网络为支撑，实现各类信息资源共享、作战信息实时交换，以支撑指挥人员、作战人员和作战保障人员的信息活动的整个多维作战空间。信息化战场活动的关键是作战指挥问题，而影响作战指挥的核心是作战指挥体制问题。作为未来战争重要组成部分的信息化战场信息安全活动出同样如此，建立与未来信息化战场相适应的信息安全指挥体制，是世界各国信息化战场信息安全保障体系建设的重点，这其中的首要工作，是建立与信息化战场信息安全保障指挥相适应的信息安全保障指挥机构。

2 信息化战场信息安全指挥的特点
