[摘要] 目的 建立感冒热毒清合剂中连翘苷的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法含量测定方法。 方法 对处方中连翘进行定性鉴别，并对连翘苷进行HPLC法测定，采用色谱柱资生堂SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK MG-C18柱（4.6 mm × 250 mm，5 μm），流动相乙腈-水（76∶24），流速1.0 mL/min，柱温30℃，检测波长277 nm。 结果 连翘苷在6.88～137.6 μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系（r = 0.9992），连翘苷的平均回收率为99.20%、99.96%、98.73%。 结论 本文首次建立了感冒热毒清合剂中连翘苷的HPLC含量测定方法，结果准确，重复性好，可作为感冒热毒清合剂的质量评价方法。

[Abstract] Objective To establish a method on content determination of phillyrin in Ganmao-reduqing Mixture by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Methods Phillyrin was performed qualitative identification. The content of phillyrin in mixture was determined by HPLC with a SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK MG-C18 column （4.6 mm × 250 mm， 5 μm）， acetonitrile-water （76∶24） was used as mobile phase and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The columm temperature was set at 30℃ and the wavelength of the detector was set at 277 nm. Results The linear range for phillyrin was 6.88-137.6 μg/mL and the correlation cofficient was 0.9992. The average recovery of phillyrin was 99.20%， 99.96%， 98.73% respectively. Conclusion This is the first time to establish a method using HPLC for determination of phillyrin in Ganmao-reduqing Mixture. The method is accurate， reproducible and suitable to be used for quality assessment of Ganmao-reduqing Mixture.

感冒热毒清合剂（南制字2011F19001）是解放军第一一七医院结合长年的临床实践，并进行处方筛选而研制成的适合临床、治疗感冒效果好、质量稳定的纯中药制剂。该合剂由连翘、板蓝根、金银花等组成，连翘具有清热解毒、消肿散结、疏散风热；用于痈疽，瘰疬，乳痈，丹毒，风热感冒，温病初期，温热入营，高热烦渴，神昏发斑，热淋涩痛[1-2]。连翘苷为连翘中主要成分之一，现代药理学和临床研究表明连翘中的连翘苷具有抗菌、抗病毒、强心、抑制毛细血管通透性、抗肝损伤等作用[3]。感冒热毒清合剂质量标准中有性状、鉴别、检查等检验项目，但没有建立组方中主要成分的含量测定方法，随着中药制剂的发展，对中药制剂的质量提出了更高要求[4-7]。本文选取连翘苷为指标成分，连翘苷为连翘中的主要成分，建立高效液相色谱法含量测定方法[2，8-16]，该方法稳定性及重复性较好，测定结果准确可靠，可作为医院制剂-感冒热毒清合剂的质量控制方法。……
