【摘要】目的 观察缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年原发高血压合并糖尿病的安全性。方法 抽取2013年8月～2014年8月我院收治的老年原发高血压合并糖尿病患者93例，分为三组，给予其缬沙坦治疗（A组）、氨氯地平治疗（B组）和缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗（C组），分析三组临床安全性。结果 治疗后，C组血压、血糖水平及总有效率，均高于A组和B组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年原发高血压合并糖尿病的安全较高，值得推广应用。

Analysis of valsartan， amlodipine combination forsafety observation of senile primary hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus

【Abstract】Objective To observe the valsartan and amlodipine in combination with the safety of senile primary hypertension diabetes mellitus. Methods The extraction in August 2013 to August 2014 of our hospital， 93 cases of primary hypertension diabetes mellitus elderly patients， divided into three groups， given the valsartan treatment （group A） and amlodipine therapy （group B） and valsartan with amlodipine therapy （group C）， clinical safety analysis of three groups. Results After treatment， and the total effective rate， blood pressure， blood sugar level of group C were higher than in group A and group B， with statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion Valsartan， combination treatment with amlodipine senile primary hypertension diabetes mellitus security is higher， is worth popularization and application.

有数据显示，约有1/2的糖尿病患者容易并发高血压，且两种疾病互为因果、相互促进[1]。近年来，随着我国人口老龄化的加剧，高血压合并糖尿病也已成为威胁老年人身心健康及生命安全的危险因素，因此，选择一种较为切实可行的治疗方法降低患者血糖、控制其血压，已成为临床医学界研究的难点。本文主要研究缬沙坦联合氨氯地平用于治疗老年原发高血压合并糖尿病的安全性，并作如下报道。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

从我院2013年8月～2014年8月收治的老年原发高血压合并糖尿病患者中随机抽取93例组作为本次研究对象，数字随机法分为A、B、C三组，每组各31例；男52例，女41例；年龄61～79岁，平均年龄（67±2.96）岁；病程1～10年，平均病程（5±1.23）年；A组采用缬沙坦治疗，B组行氨氯地平治疗，C组则采用缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗。三组性别、年龄等临床资料比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2 诊断及纳入标准

本次所选患者均参照美国糖尿病协会拟定的相关糖尿病诊断标准进行确诊，且参照国际高血压协会拟定的高血压诊断标准确诊[2]。……
