摘 要 精品资源共享课程的建设存在构建目标、内容与过程等的复杂度高、周期性更新难、知识分享单向性与反馈及时答复难等问题，需要采用知识管理的策略才能获得较好的教学效益。为此，提出了基于知识管理的角度下，精品资源共享课程建设的策略，从培养教师知识管理的素养和成功的关键因素、知识管理的内容、团队、机制建设等方面提出了有效的策略。基于此，构建实现了通信工程概预算的资源共享网站，取得了较好的访问量和评价。

Abstract In the boutique resource sharing curriculum construction， there exist a series of problems， such as construction goal of boutique resources sharing， content and process with high complexity， difficulty in knowledge updated periodically， share one-way and feedback promptly and reply. It is necessary to use the strategy of knowledge management to obtain better teaching efficiency. To resolve the above problems， the paper puts forward the strategy of excellent resource sharing curriculum based on knowledge management， mainly in the cultivation of teachers' knowledge management accomplishment and success key factors， the contents of knowledge management， team， and mechanism. Based on these strategies， the web site of the resources sharing course of communication project budget is build up， meanwhile， it obtains good visiting counts and evaluation.

0 引言

随着数字化资源建设进程的加快，各高校的精品资源共享课程不断推出，涌现了大批高质量的精品资源共享课程网站。同时，在各级各类精品资源共享课程建设中，也出现构建目标、内容与过程等的复杂度高、周期性更新难、知识分享单向性与反馈及时答复难等问题，需要采用知识管理的策略才能获得较好的教学效益。

我们在建设精品资源共享课程的实践中，运用知识管理的方法与策略，对课程资源进行了有效组织，对建设团队进行了良好管理，总体看来，效果良好。

1 基于知识管理视角下的精品资源共享课程建设成功的关键因素

我们把知识管理理论应用到精品资源共享课程建设中来，虽说这是较新的课题，但是随着知识管理在教育领域中的研究日趋深入，我们可以从中得到一些启示。……
