摘要：高校民主的公平性决定了高校教师的幸福工作指数，伴随云计算技术的深入应用，在高校民主管理领域结合云计算技术转变高校民主管理模式，搭建基于云技术的高校民主工作信息系统，进一步增强高校教师民主管理意识，创新民主参与范围，优化民主管理流程，提高民主管理和民主监督的效率和质量，全面提升高校民主管理的决策水平和执政能，是高校民主管理值得深入研究的课题。文章论述基于云计算技术搭建高校民主工作信息系统的可行性分析、搭建需要的基本软硬件环境、构建系统方案及云迁移策略。

Abstract： The fairness of college democratic decision of University Teachers' work happinessindex， with the further application of cloud computing technology， cloud computing technology combined with the transformation of college democratic management mode in the field of democratic management in Colleges and universities， to build a democraticwork of University Information System Based on cloud technology， further strengthening the Democratic management of teachers in Colleges and universities innovationconsciousness， democratic participation， democratic management optimization process，improve the democratic management and supervision efficiency and quality， enhance the decision-making level of democratic management in Colleges and universities and theruling， democratic management in Colleges and universities is a subject worthy of further study. This paper discusses the feasibility based on cloud computing technology to build the University democratic work information system analysis， the need to build the basichardware and software environment， construction scheme and cloud migration strategy.

1 概述

搭建云技术高校民主工作信息系统，是高校民主党建工作发展的必然选择。伴随云技术在各领域的深入应用，基于云模式进行高校民主信息化管理是十八大以来党建工作的新局面，也是全面提高党的建设科学化信息化水平的总体要求[1]，是提高高校民主管理水平，提升高校教师工作幸福指数的有效途径。介绍高校民主党建工作的开展背景与现状、搭建高校民主工作信息系统的可行性分析、搭建信息系统云平台的基本软硬件环境、构建系统方案及云迁移策略。
