摘 要 本文研究使用Chen和Starosta（2000）的跨文化敏感度量表（ISS），结合质的研究法对广西5所高校的160名东南亚留学生的跨文化敏感度进行了调查。调查结果表明，东南亚留学生的跨文化敏感度处于中等水平;5个因素中交际愉悦感和交际参与度较高，随后依次是交际专注度和交际信心，差异认同感最低;皮尔逊相关分析表明，跨文化敏感度多个因素间存在相关关系。

Southeast Asian Students' Intercultural Sensitivity Investigation

—— A Case Study of Guangxi College

Abstract This paper use Chen and Starosta （2000） of the Intercultural Sensitivity Scale （ISS）， combined with the qualitative research method in 5 universities of Guangxi in the 160 Southeast Asian students cross-cultural sensitivity were investigated. The survey results show that， Southeast Asian students' intercultural sensitivity in the medium level; the 5 factors of communication pleasure and communicative participation higher， followed by communication focus and communicative confidence， the minimum difference identity; Pearson correlation analysis showed that， the relationship between intercultural sensitivity of multiple factors.

1 研究背景

近年来东南亚来华留学生人数迅速增加，截止至2012年，东盟来华留学生人数已经突破6万人，占来华留学总人数的19%。①他们来到中国，不仅仅要学习汉语和专业知识，更要参与中国社会文化的方方面面，由此则需要面对一系列的跨文化问题。

跨文化的探讨是近年来学界的一个热门课题，目前已有一些学者通过质的研究和量化分析等方式对东南亚留学生的跨文化问题展开了研究。如：肖耀科&陈路芳、②周敏波、③程莹④等人从人际交往、学业适应、社会文化适应、心理适应、“文化冲击”现象等方面研究了他们在中国高校的跨文化适应问题。但对东南亚留学生的跨文化敏感度调查仍然处于空白状态。

美国跨文化交际领域著名学者Chen和Starosta认为，跨文化敏感度跨文化交际中的一个重要因素。他们将“跨文化敏感”定义为：人激发自己理解、欣赏并且接受文化差异的主观意愿。包括以下六个方面的能力：自尊自爱、自我监控、思想开放、为他人着想、参与交际和理性判断。……
