渠道防渗工程技术在产芝水库灌区总干渠中的应用

【摘 要】产芝灌区灌溉面积2.33万hm2,属大型灌区,是青岛市最大的农业灌区,也是莱西市最重要的农业生产基地。该灌区兴建于六十年代,自建成以来,发挥了很大的灌溉效益,为莱西市的农业和农村经济发展做出了巨大贡献。但由于年久失修,工程严重老化、退化,农业灌溉效益受到很大影响。实施产芝灌区续建配套与节水改造工程,可以对产芝灌区水资源进行优化调配,大幅度提高灌溉水的利用率,扩大和改善灌区灌溉面积充分发挥灌区效益。

1.工程概况
产芝水库总库容4.02亿m3,兴利库容1.76亿m3,灌区灌溉面积2.33万hm2,是青岛市最大的农业灌区,也是莱西市最重要的农业生产基地。产芝灌区兴建于60年代,自建成开灌以来,发挥了很大的灌溉效益,为莱西市的农业及农村经济发展做出了巨大贡献。但由于年久失修,工程严重老化,效益逐渐减退,严重制约了农业和农村经济的发展,总干渠又是产芝灌区最重要的输水干渠,因渠系年久老化失修,毁损严重,致使输水能力大大降低,灌溉周期延长,原设计过水能力16.1m3/s,由于渠道属土渠或风化岩,渗漏严重,现状实际过水能力仅为7.6m3/s。灌区灌溉周期设计为15d,现状实际需要30d,干渠水有效利用系数设计为0.78,1979年、1991年、1995年逐年锐减为0.65、0.59、0.45;原综合毛灌溉定额每亩为437m3,工程实施后毛灌溉定额每亩降低为287 m3;设计灌溉面积中现状仅能保灌1万hm2。灌区已经到了“有水放不下去,有水不能浇地”的状况,1998年经水利部立项批准,至2010年底,已实施完成了产芝灌区续建配套与节水改造1~10期工程。……
