Cultivating altruistic behavior to improve the moral education in art colleges

Abstract：Art colleges take the important mission for the society to develop the excellent talents of both moral and artistry．Moral is for the first，and art for the basic．Altruistic behavior of college students is an important moral character of the social behavior of college students．The cultivation of altruistic behavior is an important starting point for the moral education in art colleges．It plays an irreplaceable role in promoting moral education，especially in improving the effectiveness of moral education．It also has great significance for the construction of a　well－off society．This paper analyzes the current situation and causes of altruistic behavior of students in art colleges，discusses the moral education effect，and makes some research on how to enhance the effectiveness of moral education in colleges．

根据1999年《中国百科全书》对altruism词条从哲学层面的定义，altruism即利他主义，是一种形式上与利己主义相对立的道德原则和道德理论 ［1］。利他行为是一种自愿的、助人为乐的亲社会行为。助人者的目的只是单纯的使他人得益，而不是为了获得物质或社会的奖励。换句话说，利他行为是不图任何回报的、无偿的助人行为。

1　艺术类高校学生利他行为的现状及成因分析

胡锦涛同志指出：“一切有理想有抱负的文艺工作者，都要做到德艺双馨，积极履行人类灵魂工程师的职责。”党的十八大报告提出：全面提高公民道德素质，是社会主义道德建设的基本任务。坚持依法治国和以德治国相结合，加强社会公德、职业道德、家庭美德、个人品德教育，弘扬中华传统美德，弘扬时代新风 ［2］。目前，我国正处于机遇与挑战、希望与危机并存的历史关键时期。随着改革的深入和社会转型的加速，当代大学生在价值观念和行为方式上也日趋多元化，无论是行为习惯、心理状态还是思维方式、生活态度乃至价值观等均发生了重大变化。在价值观方面，信念淡漠，奋斗目标不明确，缺乏远大理想和高尚的精神追求，以赚钱得利为目的，只向“钱”看，不顾职业道德与良心操守，受到一些错误人生观（如：拜金主义、享乐主义、悲观主义和极端个人主义等）的影响；……
