Study on the Education Path of Socialist Core Values of Ideological and Political Theory Course Under the Background in the Mobile Internet Era

［Abstract］　In the mobile Internet era, Ideological and Political Theory Course in universities is facing new difficulties and Challenges, so the teaching philosophy and teaching methods change from time to time objectively. Teachers should keep pace with times, strengthen the theoretical accomplishment and the theory guide and carry out some colorful thematic activities with to reduce the college students’dependence on false network, improve teachers’ability to use new technology and to innovate the teaching medium of idelogical and political course in higher schools and play a role of main channel and main position of socialist core values of ideological and political theory course in colleges.

人类进入21世纪之后，网络文化以其不可阻挡的迅猛之势迅速改变了人民的生活方式、娱乐方式、认知方式、甚至是思维方式，越来越深刻地影响着大学生价值观的形成。2013年，习近平在全国宣传思想工作会议上指出，互联网已经成为舆论斗争的主战场，很多人特别是年轻人基本上不看主流媒体，大部分信息都是从网上获取。一方面，各种信息的大量传播加大了舆论环境的复杂态势；另一方面，一些为博眼球的新闻宣传及其后面复杂的跟贴和评论，既固化了青少年的思维，又让一些不良信息产生的放大效应伤害到青年学生的成长成才，极大地影响了青年学生正确价值观的形成。因此，在高校，思想政治理论课作为大学生思想政治教育的主渠道和主阵地，如何对大学生进行社会主义核心价值观的培育，是所有高校在进行思想政治教育时应思考的题中应有之义。

2013年，中共中央办公厅印发《关于培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的意见》提出，学校要“把培育和践行社会主义核心价值观融入国民教育全过程”，特别提出要“创新高校思想政治理论课教育教学，推动社会主义核心价值观进教材、进课堂、进学生头脑。”这即为高校思想政治理论课的教学指明了方向，也对思想政治理论课部教学提出了更高的要求，思想政治理论课只有创新形式，进行多种路径探索，才能顺应时代的需要，担当起时代责任，为中国特色社会主义建设培养合格的建设者和可靠的接班人。……
