孟鲁司特治疗肺炎支原体感染临床效果及对白三烯水平的影响

摘要目的:探讨孟鲁司特治疗肺炎支原体感染临床效果，并观察其对患者白三烯水平的影响。方法:选择我院2013年6月至2014年6月140例肺炎支原体感染患者作为观察对象，并随机将患者分为观察组( 70例)和对照组( 70例)，两组均接受常规抗炎治疗，在此基础上观察组患者加用孟鲁司特。比较两组患者临床治疗效果及血液、尿液中白三烯水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效为94. 3%，明显高于对照组( 78. 6%)，P＜0. 05;两组患者治疗后白三烯水平均有所改善，观察组患者改善程度更为显著，与对照组治疗后比较，P＜0. 05。结论:孟鲁司特能够显著改善肺炎支原体患儿临床症状和白三烯水平，对肺炎支原体感染具有良好治疗效果。

Montelukast in the treatment of the clinical effect and on three ene level of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection

Abstract Objective: To investigate the montelukast in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia infection in clinical effect，and observe the effect of leukotriene levels in patients with. Methods in our hospital in 2013 June to 2014 June，140 cases of patients with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection as the observation object，and were randomly divided into observation group ( 70 cases) and control group ( 70 cases)，two groups received conventional anti－inflammatory treatment，on the basis of the observation group were added with montelukast. Comparison of two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect and blood，Urine Leukotriene level. Results in the observation group total effective is 94. 3%，significantly higher than the control group ( 78. 6%)，P＜0. 05; two groups of patients after the treatment of leukotriene levels were improved，patients in the observation group improved more significantly，compared with the control group after treatment，P＜0. 05; conclusion montelukast can significantly improve the mycoplasma pneumonia in children clinical symptoms and leukotriene levels，has a good effect on treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia infection.

肺炎支原体感染是由肺炎支原体引起的呼吸系统传染性疾病，肺炎支原体肺炎患者主要的临床症状表现为咳嗽(刺激性)、发热，同时可伴有多种系统性并发症，病情严重时甚至可危及到患者生命安全。孟鲁斯特纳是新一代白三烯受体拮抗剂，我院在开展临床诊疗时，将其作为辅助治疗药物，并取得良好治疗效果。为进一步观察孟鲁司特治疗肺炎支原体感染临床效果及对白三烯水平的影响，本文选择我院2013年6月至2014 年6月140例肺炎支原体患者作为观察对象，现报告如下。……
