【摘要】 目的 观察中西医结合治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的效果。方法 将204例妊娠期高血压疾病患者分为2组，即对照组采用单纯西医疗法，实验组接受中西医疗法。结果 实验组临床总有效率显著高于对照组（P ＜0.01），且治疗后平均动脉压及心率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组破宫产率、胎儿宫内窘迫发生率以及围生儿死亡率均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 中西医结合治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的效果优于单纯西医疗法。

Study on the Effect of the Treatment of Patients With Hypertensive Disease of Pregnancy With Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

[Abstract] Objective In order to investigate the efficacy of integrative medicine for patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP). Methods The 204 cases of HDCP patients were divided into two groups, the control group received western medicine, and study group received integrative medicine. Results The total clinical efficiency in study group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.01), but mean arterial pressure and heart rate was significantly lower than the control group after treatment (P<0.05), the incidence of cesarean section production, fetal distress and perinatal mortality in study group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of integrative medicine for HDCP patients better than western medicine.

妊娠期高血压疾病为一种多发于妊娠20周后的颇为复杂的妊娠期并发症，将对母婴安全造成严重威胁，在临床上主要表现有孕妇血压升高、水肿以及蛋白尿等症状 [1]。另有相关统计资料显示，妊娠期高血压疾病在我国的发病率约为9.4%，同时还是导致孕产妇及新生儿死亡的重要原因之一 [2]。近年来，我院针对收治的部分妊娠期高血压疾病患者采用了中西医结合方案进行治疗，并与同期单纯接受西医治疗者进行了比较，结果显示前者治疗效果相对更为满意，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1　一般资料

选择我院妇产科于2013年3月～2014年9月收治的204例妊娠期高血压疾病患者为本次研究对象，告知患者及其家属书面知情同意书。患者平均年龄（28.6±7.4）岁；孕周28～30周者9例，31～37周者39例，38周以上者156例；产妇类型包括初产妇142例，经产妇62例。

1.2　方法

将所选患者随机分成2组，即对照组：仅接受单纯西医疗法，以25%的硫酸镁静脉滴注，滴速1～2 g/h，同时根据患者的具体情况合理应用硝苯地平片或尼莫地平片等降压药物，对水肿症状严重者可另加用呋噻米，必要时行扩容处理。……
