摘 要 职业教育是我国教育体系中的重要组成部分，本文将企业经营模式和职业教育集团的办学模式相结合，对职业教育集团的逻辑解构概念进行论述，就制度化的路径进行分析，并对职业教育集团化发展现状作出反思，以期对我国教育的改革和发展作出一些贡献。

Abstract Vocational education is an important part of our education system， this paper combines with the business model and vocational education group school model， discusses vocational education group logical deconstruction of the concept and analyzes on the institutionalization of the path， and vocational education to reflect on the status quo and development group， with a view of the reform and development of education in China has made some contribution.

1 职业教育集团化概述

1.1 职业教育集团化的概念

职业教育集团是指职业院校和各级企业结合而成的教育结构体系，目的在于实现人才资源共享、教育模式互补，使企业院校合作发展，其主要有六大组成部分，其中包括（1）政府机构；（2）行业组织；（3）企事业单位；（4）职业院校；（5）研究机构；（6）社会组织。教育集团作为教育改革的产物，既是教育发展的必然趋势，也是实现人才资源分配高效化的必要手段。当“集团化”的概念从企业办公延伸到院校办学中时，随着其应用的变化和环境的不同，教育集团化产生了新的含义。职业教育集团的含义是：为了实现教育资源的高效分配，使企业和院校或融为一体或契约合作的形式，以学校教育为首要任务，院校法人和其他一个或多个机构组成系统的教育经济链。①

1.2 职业教育集团化的发展

构建职业教育集团，将我国各级企业和教育行业融合在一起，使企业对院校教育发挥其促进和推动作用，是实现资源共享、发展教育产业的有效手段，也是法律赋予院校和企业的责任。……
