无缝隙护理对老年冠心病患者心绞痛控制及预后的效果

目的 探讨无缝隙护理在老年冠心病患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院收治的100例老年冠心病患者，分为无缝隙护理组和常规护理组，每组患者均为50例，采用西雅图心绞痛表（SAQ）对所有患者进行评分，对比较两组的心绞痛控制情况以及预后。结果 与常规护理组比较，无缝隙护理组在心绞痛稳定、心绞痛发作以及疾病的认知程度等SAQ方面的评分均明显提高（P＜0.05），出院后在心绞痛、再次心梗、心力衰竭等心血管不良事件显著降低（P＜0.05）。结论 无缝隙护理能够提供给冠心病患者连续性、科学化的护理服务，有利于控制心绞痛，改善预后。

【Abstract】

Objective To explore the application effect of seamless nursing in aged patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods A total of 100 aged CHD patients ，who were hospitalized in our hospital were enrolled ，the 100 patients were divided into seamless nursing group （n=50） and routine nursing group （n=50）.Seattle angina questionnaire （SAQ） was used to score all patients，angina pectoris control condition and prognosis were compared between two groups.Results Compared with routine nursing group ，there were significant rise in anginal stability ，anginal frequency and disease perception of SAQ scores in seamless nursing group （P＜ 0.05），and significant reductions in incidence rates of adverse cardio-vascular events ，including angina pectoris，recurrent myocardial infarction and heart failure after discharge in seamless nursing group（P＜0.05）， Conclusion Seamless nursing can provide continuous and scientific nursing service for patients with coronary heart disease ，which contributes to angina pectoris control and improving prognosis .

无缝隙护理是指患者从入院到出院康复形成一个一体化的过程，让患者在治疗和康复的整个过程体会到更加细致和完整的护理服务，有效保证护理质量［1-2］，本研究主要探讨无缝隙护理在老年冠心病患者护理中的应用效果。

1　资料和方法

1.1临床资料

选取我院100例老年心绞痛患者，其中男性患者56例，女性患者44例，年龄62～83岁，平均年龄（67.4±5.9）岁，将以上100例患者随机分为无缝隙护理组和常规护理组，每组患者均为50例，两组患者在年龄、性别、病情方面差异无统计学意义，具有可比性（P＞0.05）。

1.2方法

两组患者住院期间的治疗方法相同，常规护理组采用常规护理，无缝隙护理组采用无缝隙护理［3-4］。具体方法如下：（1）成立责任制无缝隙医护联合小组：将我科的全部护士分为5个责任制无缝隙医护联合小组，每个小组由4名护士和2名医生组成，每个小组的医生和护士共同分管一组患者。……
