【摘要】 目的 探讨人工流产出现并发症情况的处理方式以及临床预防，让人工流产的并发症可以得到有效的治疗。方法 根据2012至2013年我院的120例人工流产患者来进行探讨分析，对这些患者接受人工流产治疗的并发症情况进行了解，提供预防和治疗措施。结果 人工流产综合征临床中存在着一定的几率，患者的症状有子宫出血、穿孔、不完全人流等，初次妊娠患者接受人工流产出现并发症的几率要低于再次妊娠患者，妊娠时间在2个月以上的患者出现并发症几率要大于2个月以内的患者。结论 人工流产综合征是一种人工流产治疗的并发症统称，该并发症出现的几率受到了产妇妊娠次数、妊娠时间的影响。

【Abstract】

Objective To investigate the treatment method of abortion complications and clinical prevention, make abortion complications can be effective in the treatment of. Methods According to the 120 cases of artificial abortion patients in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 to carry on the discussion analysis, to understand the complications of these patients undergoing artificial abortion treatment, provide preventive and treatmentmeasures. Results The induced abortion syndrome there is a certain probability of syndrome in clinical symptoms, patients have uterine bleeding, perforation, incomplete abortion, pregnancy patients undergoing artificial abortion of first chance of complications than patients with subsequent pregnancy, pregnancy in 2 months time patients complication probability is greater than 2 months or less patients. Conclusion The artificial abortion syndrome is referred to as a treatment of complications of artificial abortion, the chances of complications affected by pregnant women, pregnancy time.

人工流产是女性非意愿怀孕后接受的人工终止妊娠的治疗方式，一般在其妊娠14周内可以使用药物或手术的方式来进行终止妊娠，也有患者是因为胎儿先天畸形和疾病婴儿而需要接受人工流产治疗的，可以作为优生优育的治疗措施，临床中的手术方式有负压吸引、钳刮术等。此次我院根据120例接受人工流产的患者来进行并发症情况研究，现根据研究来进行以下的报道。

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料

2012至2013年我院有120例人工流产患者接受研究，患者的平均年龄是29岁，我们对患者告知了此次研究的目的和方法，患者同意参与，这些患者中有45例是初次妊娠患者，其余均是2次以上妊娠次数的患者，患者的妊娠时间小于2个月的有88例，超过2个月的有32例。……
