【摘 要】近年来我国的高职高专院校教育已经进入大众化时期，面临这一状况，必须正确认识与全面把握高职高专教育的教学特点，对教育教学进行改革，使高职高专教育健康快速的发展，有效的服务社会，以达到深化教育改革的目的。

Abstract：In recent years， along with our country higher vocational education colleges and universities expand significantly， which makes the our country's higher vocational education colleges and universities into a period of the public. Facing development of higher vocational education colleges and universities in our country， the right and the character of his teaching is important.Making the rapid development of higher vocational education colleges and universities education in our country and effective service to the society， We must reform the education of higher vocational education colleges， and puts forward the corresponding strategy to achieve the purpose of deepening education reform.

高職高专教育，无疑是国家稳定、健康、可持续发展的关键所在，然而随着我国高职高专教育改革的不断发展和深化，许多问题也使得我们困惑不已，如扩招后教育质量的滑坡、毕业生就业难等问题，面对社会的质疑，高职高专教育何去何从，业已成为学术界关注的焦点。

随着高职高专教育多样化配套改革的政策和法律保障不断完善，使得高职高专院校之间逐渐进入有序的竞争的状态，知识结构单一；大学生就业困难；大学生专业技能难适应劳动市场需求；大学生综合素质普遍偏低等矛盾，不仅使得高职高专院校无法打破债台高筑之困局，而且还严重影响到高职高专教育的更高阶段——创新的人才的培养。因而许多“教育改革”内容并不完全成功。

首先，就“教育改革”主导机构而言，我们应主张用正确的思想来对指导教师进行改革。

一、遵循以人为本原则，坚持教师本身的改革

教育的创新关键在于教师创新，因此，教育改革必须立足于促进教师发展的新理念，使教师学会不断更新观念，增强不断改进自身专业化水平的动机。在教师改革进程中，我们必须遵循以人为本原则，遵循教师成长的规律。……
