[摘要] 目的 探讨微波联合天葵菌毒清颗粒治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的临床疗效。方法 选择门诊慢性肥厚性慢性肥厚性咽炎患者80例，采用随机对照分组试验，其中治疗组40例，对照组40例，治疗组采用微波联合天葵菌毒清颗粒治疗，对照组常规微波治疗。结果 治疗组的总有效率为92.5% （37/40），对照组的总有效率为72.5%（29/40），两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.24，P<0.05）。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论 微波联合天葵菌毒清颗粒治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎是一种疗效显著的治疗方案。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of microwave combined with Begonia Junduqing granule in the treatment of patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis. Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis admitted to the outpatient were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 patients in each. The treatment group was given microwave combined with Begonia Junduqing Granule for treatment， while the control group was given conventional microwave treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 92.5% （37/40）， 72.5% （29/40）， respectively， and the difference between them was statistically significant （χ2=4.24， P<0.05）. Both groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Microwave combined with Begonia Junduqing Granule treatment has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis.

慢性肥厚性咽炎是临床常见、多发病，症状顽固，迁延不愈，导致咽部抵抗力下降，引起咽炎急性发作，影响患者工作生活，使其生活质量下降。为探讨微波联合天葵菌毒清颗粒治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的临床疗效。该院自2011年10月—2013年5月，对40例慢性肥厚性咽炎患者采用微波联合天葵菌毒清颗粒治疗，取得满意效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

参照田勇泉主编耳鼻咽喉科学[1]，所有患者无全身其他明显症状，主要表现为咽部异物感、痒感，并有黏稠分泌物附着于咽后壁，一般在晨起出现频繁刺激性干呕、恶心。咽部检查可见咽后壁淋巴滤泡增生，呈点片状分布，部分可融合成大片分布或黏膜增厚充血。

1.2 排除标准

咽喉部其他器质性病变，伴严重心肺疾病、肝肾功能损害者或不按期复诊、随访。

1.3 诊断标准

从该院耳鼻咽喉科门诊慢性肥厚性咽炎患者中选择80例，采用随机对照分组方法分为治疗组40例和对照组40例，均把用药情况告知患者，以便患者知情同意并提高患者依从性。……
