[摘要] 探讨一种改良宫颈锥切除术在治疗宫颈病变的临床效果。 方法 2012年7月—2013年8月在该院及市妇幼保健院对30例患者实施改良宫颈锥切术，对其手术效果、出血时间、出血量进行观察。随机抽取同期20例行常规宫颈锥切除术进行对比。 结果 研究组术中出血量[（20.08±3.34）mL]，手术时间[（15.08±5.9）min]，均低于对照组[（47.19±5.34）mL、（36.10±9.16）min，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 改良式宫颈锥切除术比常规宫颈锥切除术，手术时间短，出血量少，且操作方便，简单易学，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of a modified cervical conization in the treatment of cervical lesions. Methods 30 cases of patients underwent a modified cervical conization in Gaozhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital and The People's Hospital of Gaozhou from July， 2012 to August， 2013， the surgery effect， bleeding time and the amount of bleeding of the patients were observed. And 20 patients underwent conventional cervical conization during the same period were randomly selected as the control group. Results The intraoperative blood loss of the reseearch group was [（20.08±3.34）ml]， operation time was[（15.08±5.9）min]， both were less than the control group's [（47.19±5.34）ml， （36.10±9.16 ）min]， the differences were statisticaly significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The blood loss and operation time of modified cervical conization are less than those of conventional cervical conization， what is more， it is easy to operate， and simple to learn， which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.

随着宫颈癌筛查普及和诊断技术的提高，宫颈上皮内瘤变和宫颈微小浸润癌发病率增高，渐年轻化，使治疗趋向保守， 宫颈锥形切除术是保留生育功能的治疗方法而被广泛应用。因此宫颈锥切除术在诊治宫颈病变显得越来越重要[1]。电环锥切（LEEP）是目前广泛推荐宫颈锥切的方法之一。该院自2005年已开展LEEP术，有着丰富的临床经验。该院在此基础上进行改良，经过近1年多的临床实施，研究宫颈锥切除术前在宫颈与阴道连接水平（3 点及6 点）钳夹宫颈两侧，可以阻断宫颈血供，再行宫颈电环锥切除术，可以减少术中出血以缩短手术时间，减少病人痛苦。改良宫颈锥切术简单易行、疗效确切、值得临床推广。为探讨一种改良宫颈锥切除术在治疗宫颈病变的临床效果，现分析2012年7月—2013年8月该院收治的30例行改良宫颈中环锥切除术患者的临床资料，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

收集在该院，外院宫颈点状活检病理诊断CIN1-3级50例。30例行改良宫颈电环锥切除术。20例行常规宫颈电环锥切术。……
