摘 要 本文考虑由单个占优的零售商和单个供应商组成的二级供应链模型.在价格相依的随机需求下，研究分散系统下的批发价格合同与两部定价合同.在一定的条件下得到两种合同中供应链成员的最优决策和利润以及供应链系统的利润.分析表明，当零售商占优时两部定价合同比批发价格合同更有效.这在一定程度上说明当前零售业中收取通道费的合理性.

Allowances under A Dominant Retailer

Abstract We investigated a twoechelon supply chain with a dominant retailer and a supplier. Under stochastic pricedependent demand， we studied the wholesale price and two part tariffs contracts in the decentralized systems model. Under some relatively mild conditions， we respectively obtained the optimal decisions and profits on the supply chain members， and the supply chain systems profits. We show that two part tariffs contract performs better than the wholesale price contract when the retailer is dominant. We give a reasonable explanation for the use of slotting allowance in the retail industry.

1 引 言

自20世纪90年代以来，我国零售业发生了巨大变革，一批大型零售超市如家乐福、沃尔玛以及家电连锁超市如苏宁、国美等迅速发展，不仅导致了零售业竞争格局的重构，而且导致了生产商与零售商在产业链纵向关系中主导地位的置换.与此同时，其中最重要的争端之一在于连锁超市收取通道费的合理性问题.特别是2003年6月上海炒货行业协会与家乐福有关通道费问题的谈判宣告破裂导致包括正林等在内的11家知名炒货企业决定暂停向家乐福超市供货被公开以后，由于零售商向供应商收取通道费所引发的零供关系紧张的情况也已经成为我国经济生活中的热点问题.近期，频频进入公众视野的康师傅控股有限公司与零售巨头家乐福的断货与下架的矛盾至今仍给人扑朔迷离之感，尤为引人关注.另一方面，中央财经频道《经济半小时》栏目也……
