微创治疗拇外翻畸形55例效果观察

微创治疗拇外翻畸形55例效果观察

目的观察微创技术治疗拇外翻畸形的治疗效果。方法2007年2月至2011年8月，我院与富阳新登骨伤科医院共收治拇外翻畸形患者110例，将其随机分为2组。其中，使用微型动力系统微创治疗(微创组)拇外翻畸形55例共72足，传统手术治疗(对照组)55例共68足，术后配合适当的功能锻炼。结果微创组优良率为97.2%；对照组优良率为69.2%。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用微创技术治疗拇外翻畸形组织损伤小，操作方便，优良率高于传统手术，是治疗拇外翻畸形的较好方法。

Abstract:[Objective] To observe and analyze the treatment result of of hallux valgus with minimally invasive treatment. [Method] From February 2007 to August 2011, 110 hallux valgus patients enrolled in department of orthopaedics and traumatology of our hospital and Fuyang Xin Deng Hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups, and each group included 55 patients. The group, which used micro power systems for minimally invasive therapy had 72 feet, and the traditional surgery group had 68 feet. After operations, the patients received the appropriate postoperative functional exercise. [Result] All patients were followed up with 6 to 24 months. According to professor Wen Jianmin curative effect evaluation standard, in minimally invasive group：49 cases were excellent,21 cases were good, 1 case was poor. The fine rate was 97.2%. Among the control group: 32 cases were excellent, 15 cases were good, 21 cases were poor. The fine rate was 69.2%. There was a significant difference between them. [Conclusion] Using minimally invasive treatment for hallux valgus is of little harm. It's easy to operate, and has a higher fine rate comparingwith traditional surgery. So it provides a better way for hallux valgus treatment.

拇外翻畸形是临床中的一种常见病，以女性患者多见，主要症状是足部畸形、前足疼痛影响美观及患者生活。治疗拇外翻的方法很多，可分为保守治疗和手术治疗。保守治疗的措施主要为穿宽松鞋、局部药敷或理疗、使用矫形支具及功能锻炼。保守治疗因无法改变患者的畸形，只能起到暂时缓解症状的目的，可作为初期的治疗及术后的辅助治疗。手术的方法很多，主要包括软组织重建术、各种截骨术及微创术。富阳市第三人民医院与富阳市新登骨伤科医院自2007年2月至2011年8月，使用微型动力系统微创治疗拇外翻畸形55例共72足，术后穿硬底矫形鞋，配合适当的功能锻炼，疗效显著，现报告如下。
