摘 要： 防盗报警系统的运用，不但可以提高社区的防盗服务水平和监控能力，还能促进防盗管理工作的信息化进度，对于构建安全、和谐的社会有良好的促进功能。主要概述了SMS技术与PLC技术，并以这两种技术为基础研究分析了红外线监控防盗系统，以期对构建安全、和谐社区，提高现代人们生活水平有所帮助。

Abstract： The use of anti?theft alarm system， not only can improve the level of community security service， monitoring ability， but also can promote the anti?theft management informationization progress gradually， so as to has a promoting function for building security and harmonious society. The SMS technology and PLC technology are summarized in this paper. On the basis of the two technologies， the infrared monitoring anti?theft system is studied， hoping to give a help for building a safe and harmonious community， and improving the level of modern people's life.

0 引 言

随着现代人们生活水平的提升，防盗问题渐渐变成了一个家庭问题和社区问题。对一个小区而言，需要建立完善的防盗系统，这样才能让人们在充分享受生活的同时，确保个人财产的安全。主要研究分析基于SMS技术和PLC技术的红外线监控防盗系统的设计，以实现社会的智能化管理，提升现代人们生活质量。

1 监控防盗系统整体设计概况

在设计监控防盗系统时，需要认真考虑如何使设计出来的系统具有良好的实用性、性价比及最佳可扩展性，只有在科学、正确、体系化的设计思想指导下，才能确保整个设计过程的顺利。监控防盗系统主要包括红外遥控器模块、电源电路模块、视频监控模块、红外传感器模块以及其他辅助性电路模块。该系统整体结构如图1所示。2 SMS技术与PLC技术概述
