【摘要】目的：探讨护理管理中的风险规避对策，为病人提供安全、有序的优质护理。方法制定护理临床风险管理计划明确护理风险管理职责，加强护理业务建设，规范关键护理过程的管理，加强护理风险监控，培训护士风险防范意识，持续质量改进。结果通过不断识别护理工作中现存的和潜在的风险，健全护理风险管理机制，持续质量改进，收到了一定的效果。结论实施有效的护理风险管理，对预防护理安全隐患的发生，减少护理纠纷起到了重要的作用。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the nursing countermeasure of evading risk management, to provide safe, high quality nursing ordered for patients. Methods clinical nursing risk management plan to clear the nursing risk management responsibilities, strengthen the construction of nursing service, standardize the key process of nursing management, nursing risk monitoring, training of nurses' consciousness of risk prevention, continuous quality improvement. Results through the identification of existing and potential risks in nursing work, perfecting nursing risk management mechanism, continuous quality improvement, received a certain effect. Nursing risk management in the implementation of effective conclusion, preventing the hidden dangers of nursing, played an important role in reducing nursing disputes.

【中图分类号】R197【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-6851（2014）06医疗护理风险既可以对病人造成伤害,也可以使医院为之付出赔偿的代价,甚至可使医院丢失市场。因此,可以把医疗护理风险理解为存在于整个诊疗护理过程中的可能会导致损失和伤残事件的不确定性或可能发生的一切不安全事件［1］。加强护理风险管理能有效减少护理不良事件及护患纠纷,缓解护患矛盾,有利于提高服务质量。新的《医疗事故处理条例》有关内容明确规定了医疗护理纠纷的法律依据。所以,我们必须加强护理风险管理,制定防范措施,提高应对能力,减少护理风险。本次研究选取我院患者240例 ， 观察风险管理的临床效果 ， 结果满意 。现报告如下 。

1资料与方法

1.1 临床资料选取来我院住院患者240例。年龄21岁 ～ 55岁 ， 平均年龄 (38.5± 11.6) 岁。

1.2 护理风险因素存在的原因分析

1.2.1 服务对象 随着我国社会经济的发展，人们物质生活水平的提高，维护自身权益的意识明显增强，在就医中，医护人员不经意的一句话或过去一些约定俗成的做法，现在就会被病人及其家属看作无法忍受的侵权行为，例如未经病人同意带实习生进入产房等。……
