【摘 要】随着建筑科学技术含量的大大提高，现代建筑的个性化，每一建筑都是一件特有的产品，每一条管线、设备都有特定的要求，这也增加了技术工作难度，增加了各专业之间出现矛质和问题的可能性。同时新产品、新工艺、新技术的不断出现和应用，施工人员未能及时掌握，也会带来问题。文章结合作者多年从事建筑业的一些经验阐述了建筑施工过程中加强协调管理的意义，并提出了科学优化的措施，供相关人员参考。

【Abstract】With greatly improved the content of science and technology building， modern architecture， personalized， each building is a unique product， each pipeline equipment has specific requirements， which also increases the technical difficulty of the work， increasing the professional the possibility of the emergence of a spear between qualitative and problems. Meanwhile new products， new processes， new technologies and emerging applications， construction workers failed to grasp， can also cause problems. In combination with some experience of many years in the construction industry elaborated construction process to strengthen coordination and management of meaning， and proposed the scientific optimization measures for the relevant officers.

建设工程施工质量关系到工程的适用性和建设项目的投资效果，更关系到人民群众生命财产的安全。随着我国现代化建设事业的蓬勃发展，建设规模不断扩大，每年投资建设的各类工程项目数量更在不断增加，一旦发生工程质量问题，会直接影响公共利益和公众安全，但各专业工程施工中的交叉配合与协调工作，常常不尽如人意。到了工程施工的后期，由于种种问题，往往出现返工，造成工程投资的极大浪费，影响工期，更严重的会产生质量问题和安全隐患。工程施工中各专业的协调管理是质量保证工作的前提。作为施工单位的现场管理负责人，在施工过程中，重要的是要做好协调管理工作。

1. 查找原因和分析问题是关键

（1）出现问题的原因有很多，牵涉到参与施工的方方面面，归纳起来主要有两个方面。

（2）一是技术质量方面的问题。从天津市各大建筑工程项目来看，涉及专业已越来越多，质量技术要求也越来越高。……
