[摘要] 目的 观察分析巴曲酶注射液联合鼓室内注射地塞米松治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果及安全性。 方法 将92例突发性耳聋患者随机分为研究组（46例）和对照组（46例），两组均采用常规系统药物和高压氧治疗，研究组在此基础上加巴曲酶注射液联合鼓室内注射地塞米松治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。 结果 研究组总有效38例（82.61％），对照组总有效26例（56.52％），研究组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组病程<7 d的患者的总有效率高于病程≥7 d的患者的总有效率，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后研究组纯音听阈（PTA）优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 在常规系统药物和高压氧治疗基础上，给予巴曲酶注射液联合鼓室内注射地塞米松治疗突发性耳聋，可取得显著疗效，能有效改善患者的听力，且越早治疗疗效越佳。

Efficacy observation of batroxobin injection combined with intratympanic dexamethasone for treating sudden deafness

[Abstract] Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of batroxobin injection combined with intratympanic dexamethasone in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods 92 cases of patients with sudden deafness were randomly divided into the treatment group (46 cases) and the control group (46 cases),conventional treatment and hyperbaric oxygen therapy were used to both groups,while batroxobin injection and intratympanic dexamethasone were added to the treatment group.The effectiveness was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 82.61% (38 cases) in the treatment group and 56.52% (26 cases) in the control group,the treatment group was higher than that of control group,there was significant difference (P<0.05).The total effective rate in patients with duration < 7 d was higher than that of duration ≥ 7 d in both groups,with significant difference (P<0.05).After treatment,pure tone audiometry (PTA) in treatment group was better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Based on conventional medicine and hyperbaric oxygen therapy,the combination of batroxobin and intratympanic dexamethasone can gain significant effect for patients with sudden deafness,which can improve patient′s hearing,and the earlier the treatment,the better the outcome.

突发性耳聋是耳鼻咽喉科常见的急症，指突然发生、原因不明的感音神经性听力损失，时间通常在数分钟、数小时或3 d以内，至少有2个相连频率听力下降＞20 dB，临床表现主要有单侧听力下降，可伴耳鸣、耳堵塞感、恶心等症状[1]。若不及时治疗，可能会导致终生性听力损失，给患者的生活质量造成严重影响[2]。相关研究验证，巴曲酶注射液是一种安全的溶栓药物，可用于治疗突发性耳聋，而且联合鼓室内注射地塞米松进行治疗，可取得显著疗效[3]。本文选取92例突发性耳聋患者进行研究，分析巴曲酶注射液联合鼓室内注射地塞米松治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。……
