[摘 要]政治价值的中立原则是否恰当是政治自由主义和社群主义争论的焦点。社群主义从“目的”出发，对政治自由主义展开批判，认为中立原则的结果是政治价值把道德价值括置在外;政治自由主义从“手段”出发对自身理论进行辩护，认为中立原则只是理性对话的中介——谈话过滤器而已。其结果表明，罗尔斯政治价值的论证逻辑虽然通过精心“剪裁”，但由于缺乏现实社会的“奠基”和现实批判的维度，其理论的理想性和现实性之间还存在一定的张力。

practical limitation of Rawlss political value

Abstract： neutral principle of political value is appropriate is a focus of political liberalism and Communitarianism debate. From the “objective” of communitarianism criticizes political liberalism， think the neutrality principle is the result of political value the moral value includes the outside; political liberalism from “means” starting to defend its theory， think the neutrality principle is the rational dialogue intermediary ——Talk filter. The results show that， the Argument Logic Rawlss political liberalism is clear， fine， but due to the lack of social reality of the “foundation” and the reality of critical dimensions， ideal and reality of the theory still has too much tension.

政治价值的中立原则问题是政治自由主义关注的重要问题，也是社群主义对政治自由主义展开批判的关键问题。如何认识政治自由主义政治价值的中立原则？道德价值是否应该作为政治价值的证成基础？政治自由主义是否真的把政治价值从道德价值中完全剥离？理清这些问题需要对罗尔斯政治价值“中立”内涵的真正理解，由于理解的角度和程度的不同，罗尔斯政治价值的中立原则遭到了桑德尔、麦金太尔等社群主义者的批判。其实，罗尔斯政治价值的中立原则有其自身的逻辑起点和运思路径，不管是批判还是回应，罗尔斯提出的政治之正义观念在当今世界仍然具有重要的价值和启示。
