摘 要 以过电流保护元件系列产品研发的试验数据管理的需求为出发点，针对试验数据易变性和专业性的特点，通过详细的系统需求分析和系统功能模块设计，建立了面向过电流保护元件系列产品研发的试验数据管理系统。该系统在企业的有效应用不但提高了试验效率，还使技术资源得到沉淀、积累和重复利用，提高了企业的核心竞争力。

Abstract： From actual needs， through detailed system requirements analysis and system function module design， the test data management system for series of over-current protection devices in research and development was established according to the variability and professional of test data. And its effective application in enterprises made not only the experimental efficiency enhanced， but also the technological resources precipited， accumulated and reused， which enhanced the core competence of enterprises.

随着科学技术的不断发展，在我国的各个行业特别是具有高附加值、高技术含量产品的试验因为客户对产品要求的提高，试验量不断增加。在这些试验过程中产生了大量的试验数据，呈现爆炸性的增长趋势，传统的试验数据管理已经不能满足企业的要求。最有效、最可行的方法就是对试验数据进行的数字化、系统化管理，即使用软件系统对企业的试验数据进行统一的管理。

本文以上海长园维安电子线路保护有限公司对过电流保护元件系列产品试验数据管理的强烈需求为出发点，通过对公司研发部门实验流程、实验数据、审批流程的考察提出详细的试验数据管理系统的需求分析，针对产品试验数据的专业性、数据量大等特点，通过实验管理系统模块化设计，建立过电流保护元件系列产品研发的试验数据管理系统并开展在企业的应用实施。
