【 摘 要 】 为增强医院药品采购管理流程的监督与管理，提高工作效率，减少人为差错，节约成本开支，从优化业务流程、方便工作管理、强化信息利用和保持系统稳定入手，以“军字一号”数据库为基础，采用面向对象的组件式程序开发方法，研制设计了医院药品采购管理系统。该系统应用以来取得了良好的效果，既能满足医院药品采购管理的需要，又能实现药品采购信息的传输、管理和共享，为医院药品采购管理工作提供了有力支持。

【 Abstract 】 To strengthen the supervision and management of drug stock in hospital management process， improve work efficiency， reduce human error， saving costs， from business process optimization， convenient management， strengthen the use of information and keep the system stable start， "No. 1 Military" database as the foundation， uses the object-oriented component development method， the management system of drug stock in hospital design. The application of the system has achieved good results， which can meet the need of medicine purchasing management of the hospital， and can realize the transmission and management of drug procurement， information sharing， provides a powerful support for the management of drug stock in hospital.

1 引言

随着计算机科学技术的发展和医疗水平的不断提高，利用信息化手段对医院药品采购流程进行全面有效的规范化管理已成为现代化医院管理的重要标志之一。医院药品采购是为了保证医疗活动正常开展而进行的一项必不可少的工作，是医院资产的重要组成部分，同时药品质量的优劣，也直接关系到患者的身体健康乃至生命安全，影响到医院的经济效益及健康发展，并且加强药品采购管理，规范药品采购流程，也是保证药品质量安全有效的重要前提。然而，一直以来人们都是采用传统人工的方式管理药品采购流程，这种管理模式存在着许多缺点，如工作效率低、信息保密性差、运行成本高、监管力度弱等问题，另外时间一长，将产生大量的文件和数据，这对于保存、查找和统计分析都带来了不少的困难。
