【 摘 要 】 本文对现代远程教育的现状进行了讨论，研究了计算机辅助教学课件中个别辅导型课件的教学特点及其教学过程，建立一个个别辅导型课件的互操作数据模型，并通过一个实例验证了该模型的可行性与可靠性。

1 引言

国家医学考试中心于2006年开展CCS（Computer-based Case Simulations），即计算机模拟病例的研究工作，并于2007年将医师资格实践技能考试在部分地区开展CCS测试试点。中国医科大学是高校里面开展CCS研究的先锋。浙江大学医学院则是在临床医生全科医学培训和成人学历教育中使用计算机辅助考试系统等。

美国是远程教育理论与实践最丰富的国家，目前拥有全球最大的远程职业培训规模；印度APTECH计算机教育公司，则是以特许的经营方式推广IT职业教育，在印度及全球30多个国家发展了1500多个教育中心，是世界上最大的教育机构。

通过研究远程教育的规范、计算机辅助教学课件的分类及个别辅导型课件的教学特点、教学过程，本文提出了一个个别辅导型课件的数据模型，设计并实现个别辅导型课件——广西医科大学计算机模拟病例考试。

在本课题的研究过程中，除课题组所在的广西医科大学从2007年开始研发CCS考试系统外，目前尚未发现国内有任何一所大学或是科研机构已经发行CCS考试系统。

2 个别辅导型课件的包装规范及CCS

2.1 个别辅导型课件的概念
