煤层气勘探效益评价方法研究

目前我国还没有通用的煤层气勘探效益评价方法，为使煤层气勘探效益评价工作具有通用性和可操作性，促进煤层气资源的合理利用，本文研究了煤层气勘探效益的实物量和价值量评价方法，根据相应的评价参数，给出了实物量指标、价值量指标和经济界限指标。

Abstract:Currently，development of coalbed methane is in a starting period in China．There is not a general method for rating the benefits of CBM exploration．In order to spread the rating work and to promote rational utilization of CBM resources，the paper has studied two methods for rating the benefits of CBM exploration，i．e．physical measure and value measure．Physical quantity indicator，output value indicator，and economic boundary indicator are given in accordance with the corresponding rating parameters．

1 评价原则

煤层气勘探效益评价应遵循以下原则:

①阶段效益分析与全过程效益评价相结合，以阶段效益分析为主;

②定量分析和定性分析相结合，以定量分析为主;

③动态分析和静态分析相结合，以静态分析为主;

④价值量分析与实物量分析相结合，以价值量分析为主;

⑤效益与费用计算口径一致的原则，收益与风险权衡的原则;

⑥多方案比选时，选择的评价指标要具有客观性和可比性;

⑦在评价期内，气价、投资和成本均不含税，且均不考虑价格变动和通货膨胀。

2 煤层气勘探效益评价方法及指标

考虑煤层气排水采气和需要开发概念设计计算探明储量的特殊性，可采用实物量和价值量评价方法，通过计算单位探明储量勘探投资、净现值、内部收益率和最小经济可采储量规模等评价指标来评价勘探工作的成效，形成煤层气勘探效益评价流程或程序，指导煤层气勘探效益评价工作。……
