摘要：近年来，随着我国经济的迅猛发展和房屋建筑规模的不断扩大，许多有关房屋建筑质量的问题也日益突显。建筑屋面防水工程作为房屋建筑中的一项重要的工作内容，屋面漏水已成为建筑工程多年来一直未能很好解决的一项质量通病，它极大的影响了建筑物的正常使用功能，也进一步的缩减了建筑物的使用寿命，甚至还严重影响到人们的正常生活。因此，如何做好建筑屋面防水的施工具有重要的研究意义。本文就建筑屋面合沥青油毡卷材屋面防水技术和高聚物改性沥青卷材屋面防水技术展开分析与讨论。

关键词：建筑工程、屋面防水、施工质量、技术要求

Abstract: in recent years, as China's rapid economic development and housing construction and expansion of the size of the, a lot about the housing construction quality issues are becoming increasingly prominent. Building roof waterproof housing construction engineering as one of the important content of the work, roof leakage has become a construction project for many years has not been solved a quality problems, it has greatly affected the normal use of the building function and that further cuts the service life of the building, and even severely affect people's normal life. Therefore, how to do well building roof waterproof construction has the important research significance. This paper building roof and asphalt felt coil roof waterproof technology and polymer modified asphalt coil roof waterproof technology been analyzed and discussed.

1 我国建筑屋面防水施工主要存在的问题

(1)设计单位不重视防水设计防水层的选材本该由设计人员严格遵照相关国家的规范要求进行，这此应是设计单位自身的责任与义务。但是由于不少设计人员在不熟悉防水材料品质的情况下随意套用施工图集。而业主单位干预屋面防水设计工作，设计人员放弃自身的职责，将防水材料选材由建设单位所决定，从而导致在设计阶段中失去对建筑屋面防水工程的质量控制；

(2) 建筑屋面防水材料质量不符合设计与施工的质量要求。目前，在防水材料市场中体现出的基本状况为鱼目混珠、良莠不齐和假冒伪劣产品等屡禁不止的现象，且这种情况尽有愈演愈烈之势，尤其是关于主导材料产品的SBS改性沥青防水卷材受到了极大的冲击。……
