摘要：小城镇在农村发展中占据着主导有地位，发展小城镇对于推动我国农村城市化建设和工业化进程加快农村剩余劳动力转移，解决农村发展中出现的环境污染,资源浪费，耕地建设等问题有着积极的意义。城镇化是经济社会发展的必然趋势,也是工业化、现代化的重要标志。本论文就如何快速推进城镇化进程问题展开了讨论。

Abstract: Small towns in rural development occupies a dominant respectable speed up the transfer of rural surplus labor force for the promotion of rural urbanization and industrialization process, the development of small cities and towns to address rural development, environmental pollution, waste of resources, farmland construction has positive significance. Urbanization is an inevitable trend of economic and social development, but also an important symbol of the industrialization and modernization. In this thesis expand the discussion on how rapidly advancing urbanization.Key words: urbanization; construction and development; town planning

推动城镇化，是指扩大城镇规模和农村人口向城镇积聚，由此引起一系列变化。城镇化的实质是经济结构、社会结构和空间结构的变迁。从经济结构变化看，农村活动逐步向非农业领域转化和产业结构升级的过程；从社会结构变化看，农村人口逐步转变为城镇人口，及城镇文化，生活方式和价值观念向农村扩散的过程；从空间结构变化看，城镇各种生产要素和产业活动向城镇集中，以及积聚后再分散过程，起到城乡纽带桥梁作用。城镇化是经济社会发展的必然要求，是由农业社会向工业社会转变的必然趋势，也是加快现代化进程的必然选择。那么我们应该如何快速推进城镇化进程呢？一、加强城镇规划建设管理的办法
