摘要：为了减少能量消耗，实现可持续发展，在建筑领域提出来绿色建筑，绿色建筑不仅能够减少能量消耗，而且能够提高经济效益。本文首先了解了绿色建筑的内涵，介绍了绿色建筑关系与经济效益的关系，分析了绿色建筑效益，阐述了绿色建筑经济效益评价方法及指标，最后提出了提高绿色建筑经济效益策略。

Abstract: in order to reduce energy consumption, to realize the sustainable development, in the architecture field out green building, can not only reduce the green building energy consumption, but also can improve the economic benefits. This paper first understand the connotation of green building, this paper introduces the green building relations and economic benefit relationship, analyzes the green building efficiency, this paper expounds the green building economic benefit assessment method and the index, and finally put forward in order to improve the economic benefit of green building strategy.

近几年，建筑业和房地产业成为国民经济新的经济增长点。据官方网站《中国统计年鉴—2010》显示，2010年国内生产总值现价总量为401202亿元，第二产业—建筑业全年完成总产值95206亿元占国内生产总值的23.9%。

但是，看到建筑业带来经济效益的同时，应该注意到建筑业消耗了大量资源，严重污染了环境，而且其资源利用率较低，难以循环。

建筑业每年消耗大量的的电力资源和煤炭资源，其消耗量分别达到1.2万亿度和4.1亿吨，所以要采取一定的措施节约能源，保护环境，发展适宜人类居住的建筑。我国单位国民生产总值的能耗量较高，是发达国家几倍，如是日本的11.5倍，美国的4倍等，节能降耗与发达国家之间存在较大的差距，说明我国在节能降耗的道路上有很长的路要走。为了减少建筑业的能量消耗，绿色建筑成为建筑业关注的重点。
