摘要：针对目前国内多数高速公路采用沥青混合料施工，而施工质量直接影响到公路的使用年限，本论文对沥青混合料的施工质量进行了分析探讨，首先简单分析了当前沥青混合料施工质量的控制管理现状以及其中存在的问题，在此基础上重点探讨研究了公路沥青混合料的施工质量控制管理措施，从原材料质量的控制、沥青混合料配级质量的控制以及沥青混合料施工质量的控制三个方面详细探讨了公路沥青混合料的施工质量控制措施，对于进一步提高我国公路沥青混合料施工质量管理水平具有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract: For the majority of highway asphalt mixture, and construction quality directly affect the useful life of the road, the papers on the construction quality of the asphalt mixture was analyzed and discussed, first briefly analyzes the construction quality of the asphalt mixture control management situation and the existing problems, on this basis, focusing on the construction of highway asphalt mixture quality control management measures, from the raw material quality control, quality control of asphalt mixes with class quality control as well as asphalt mixture the three aspects discussed in detail the construction of highway asphalt mixture quality control measures, certain references to further improve our highway asphalt mixture quality management level.Key words: highway engineering; asphalt mixture; construction quality control

1 引言

随着我国国民经济的快速发展，对公路交通运输的需求越来越大，这也使得我国的高速公路建设在一个较长时期内都将保持一个较大的规模。高速公路中，绝大多数都采用了沥青路面，但是从国内己建成的高速公路沥青路面使用状况看，一些路段在通车后出现了较为明显的早期破坏现象，如开裂、车辙、水损害等。这些病害直接导致了路面使用性能的下降，使一些路段建成后较短时间内就不得不进行大修，为此，有必要开展对于公路工程的沥青混合料施工质量的控制研究。本论文主要面向公路工程，对公路沥青混合料施工的质量实施质量控制与管理，以期从中能够找到可行的有效的沥青混合料施工工艺方法及质量管理方法，并以此和广大同行分享。……
